Compost Guy Reviews

Adam is an independent seller of hotbin and responds to customer questions well beyond sale. He takes time sincerely to help with questions about how to use the hotbin on his website. Also direct queries. He uses the hotbin and shares his experience, not just a dead end service. I commend this review. I bought my hotbin 2023 and he replied with advice 2026, like a fellow gardener.

Great experience, Adam supported all the way with the delivery and answered any questions. Would recommend Compost Guy

The website is excellent and the care regarding the delivery was really good. The product I purchased - Hot Bin 200L with plinth - is fantastic. The food waste for weekly collection has dramatically reduced and to be honest you can get totally hooked on composting and the process. It's really fascinating. Would really recommend Adam (The Compost Guy) - it's a lovely new business to support.

Super-efficient, friendly and helpful service - big thanks to Adam 😊.

I love the website; simple to use and lots of info and guidance. Adam kept me informed on order progress and delivery date. Bin delivered without a hitch. I am now looking forward to producing lovely organic compost.

Excellent service and great communication from Adam, so refreshing to get this level of service these days, I'd highly recommend the Compost Guy.

Not surprised Compost Guy gets great reviews. The way he communicates with customers is excellent - he keeps you fully informed about the whole process, every step of the journey. I am so pleased I ordered a Hotbin through Adam. Yes, it is easy to give a good review when you receive first-rate service, but I feel Adam would do whatever it took to sort out any issues.
Highly recommend this business.

Adam was great from the start.
Sent lots of queries and got a quick reply. Hotbin was delivered really quickly and Adam has been so helpful. Would highly recommend.
Thank you Adam

Absolutely cracking service from Adam when I ordered my Mini HotBin. The website was easy to order from but forgot to purchase a plinth and only realised I needed one after watching more reviews. Adam was very quick to respond to comms. I would hesitate to recommend.

I received and set up my Hotbin today, and I'm looking forward to harvesting my own compost in due course! Adam was great from start to finish, personally dealing with my order, communicating regularly, and giving helpful advice. The bin arrived in three working days, so very quick. The price was the best out there and included extras - a mixing rake, an internal thermometer, and a 'kick start' bottle. Detailed and clear set up and maintenance instructions are included. I'm a happy customer.

Great communication from Adam throughout.
All as should be. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again 👍

The item ordered arrived promptly and everything went according to plan. Adam was very supportive with his processes running smoothly. Many thanks

I can't say enough great things about Adam, the Compost Guy. The entire experience was smooth, and dealing with him has been a pleasure. From start to finish, his service has been nothing short of exceptional. He was always available, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile.

When my brand-new compost bin turned out to be faulty and the manufacturer refused to honor the warranty, Adam not only took the initiative to communicate with them on my behalf but, most remarkably, stepped up and provided me with a replacement—something he had no obligation to do.

His dedication to customer service and making things right is truly remarkable. It is rare to find someone who cares so much and wants to help their customers.

If you are looking for a reliable, honest, and committed to service to compositing, look no further than the Compost Guy. Thank you again, Adam, for your incredible support!

What a pleasure to deal with Adam and his company. From the very start the service was impeccable. His communication was excellent and he kept us informed of the purchasing process throughout. I requested a plinth for my Hot Bin after the processing had completed and there was no problem adding this to the order. If I could give Adam 6 stars I would.

I received fantastic communication about my Hotbin purchase from Adam at Compost Guy, including very detailed information about its use. I also received continued communication and updates from him regarding delivery. My Hotbin was delivered very quickly. Thank you Adam.

Great experience - attentive to communication, quick shipping. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, very quick delivery, on time as advised. We had a fun time setting up the bin with our 10 year old grand daughter, who was assiduous in reading the instructions and also carrying them out to the letter. All very quick and easy and now the excitement of monitoring the temperature! Seems to be hubbling well. Exemplary service, thanks Adam.

The mother ship has landed and is operational !

What great service from Compost Guy. Very easy website to navigate and order from. The bin was delivered within four days of placing the order and I was informed on its delivery schedule.

Setting up the bin was very straightforward. Looking forward to the compost it produces. An excellent addition to the kitchen garden. Thank you.
