Compost Guy Reviews

I bought the hot composter as a present for my husband's big birthday. I have no idea about gardening or growing veg but love to use the produce from our garden in cooking. So having lovely fresh vegetables is important but the current compost heap never yielded any soil and compost was bought in.
Contacting Adam was the best move I made, as he advised on the product, was great with organising the delivery to arrive on the birthday and he provides excellent support for novices. The birtday boy spent several hours on the day to start the hotbin with the help of the video and written instructions provided.
I also ordered the plinth which is really useful particularly if your ground is uneven.
So far a great success as a present and the helpline Adam provide is very reassuring.
I definitly recommend this company
and their service.

Excellent quick service and the cheapest place I could find anywhere,
A big THANK YOU Adam 👍

Despite a bit of confusion on my part as to which Hotbin I should have ordered. Adam was so very helpful and held my order until I managed to check it out. His Customer Service is exemplary and he made the transaction thereafter smooth and straightforward.
Delivery was very quick, much earlier than I expected. I will certainly check the compostguy website before ordering any similar products in future. Thank you Adam.

By mistake I ordered a compost bin that was too big to fit the space available. Adam was most helpful and organised the delivery of a new bin that was the right size and the return of the original one, kept me well informed of progress, and made the process completely painless from my point of view. A level of service that's increasingly rare and most welcome.

Absolutely trustworthy!!! Very friendly, competent and helpful owner who is making things happen. Very fast response to my enquiry! Quick and easy to speak with. Fast delivery. No complaints whatsoever, could not have been better. Thanks again!!

Absolutely faultless service. Adam was extremely helpful throughout. He responded very quickly to any questions I had. The products were delivered on schedule and were very well packed. DPD were also very careful. I would have no hesitation in purchasing other products from compostguy.

Adam’s service is notable for his accessibility and prompt responses. I cannot fault his care and attention when DPD chose to deliver two parcels separately. All arrived beautifully packaged and great value considering other options.

First class customer experience. I was looking at the website on Sunday and asked a question in the chat, I had a response and realised it was a human not a chat bot!
Ordered a Hotbin composter on the Sunday and received email communication throughout making sure I knew what was happening. The Hotbin arrived on Wednesday.
Good customer service goes a long way, I will use again and will advise others to to the same

Very quick response and delivery, kept me updated throughout and answered my one query immediately. Definitely recommend the compost guy

Compost Guy Adam was so helpful and supportive when I purchased my HotBin Mini. The customer service, care and support from Adam was outstanding. I put my order in at the weekend and had my HotBin by Thursday. It is so reassuring to have someone who is so passionate and dedicated in what they do.
He went out of his way to help me. Thank you Adam.
HAPPY COMPOSTING 🥦🥬🥕🍅🍂🍁🍃

Adam is extremely helpful and very professional. His knowledge is excellent and his pricing structure is first class. Would highly recommend him and his company.

We are trying more to buy things from independent sellers rather than just going to Amazon and clicking the buy now button. The order for a HOTBIN went in on Sunday and we were surprised to get an email reply during the day. The chap sounded very nice and helpful and assured us that he would get the item sent out first thing Monday. It turned up today midday on the Wednesday during an allocated one hour slot. The delivery was free and the item turned up in perfect condition. We are very pleased we went with someone you can actually talk to and we realised all his reassurances were well-founded when the item was carefully delivered to our front door. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company on our current experiences.

Great service, order arrived sooner than I expected and in good condition.

Fast efficient service. The Hotbin composter was quick & easy to install and works perfectly. The Compost Guy sent lots of additional useful information and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Will definitely use again.

Impressed with the website and support from Adam, top class.

Excellent service. My hotbin was delivered promptly and Adam kept me informed of the progress of my order regularly . Can’t fault his customer service, in fact can’t fault his service full stop. Would definitely recommend .

Excellent speedy service, lovely customer service via online chat and great communication updates during dispatch and delivery.
Perfect.

Hi I am Graham and live in south east London. I saw Eli and Kate on U/Tube using a (Hotbin) and decided to treat myself so that I could get rid of a couple of my (daleks). I came across Adam and his company whilst I was looking for a supplier. I contacted Adam and was so impressed with his service. No speaking to an automated machine, direct contact with a human being. Order placed and follow up e-mails to confirm progress with my delivery. Some of the big organisations could learn alot from Adam. Hotbin now in situ and hopefully doing its job.
Many thanks for unusually excellent service.
Best wishes Adam.
