Positive Energy are brilliant!
Incredibly responsive and very progressional. I had an issue that needed sorting on a specific date and they were more than happy to accommodate. Seeing as this was my tenants house and I was not in the area I was updated immediately with pictures after the work had been completed. Very impressed and satisfied with the work carried out. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using again in future!

The engineer arrived before 8:30am, was polite, patient, and very thorough. He took great care while fixing my boiler and explained everything clearly. Excellent service – highly recommended!

Professional service
My boiler has been giving problems for a while and ever since Jay fixed it, it’s been working perfectly. He was very professional, and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and even made some recommendations. Will definitely book with him again in the future.

Jay helped when our boiler broke down and was thoroughly professional throughout. He did everything he could to repair it before recommending a replacement, and was always upfront in explaining the issues, he even tried further fixes on a Friday to spare us any disruption.
Once it was clear the boiler had to be replaced, Jay handled it all in very short order. He also took care of new piping, the necessary checks, and even sorted the kitchen flooring as part of the work.
Couldn’t recommend a better service, honest, conscientious and efficient. Thank you, Jay.
