Excellent Estate Administration Experience.
Adam Hampton at the Bedford Office, was engaged as his firm held the will. The deceased had entrusted HCB to draw up the will.
There were 3 Executors,
This being my sixteenth time carrying out Probate, four of which have been in conjunction with Solicitors, and this was only the second time as a Beneficiary, the previous times having been for friends and for this Lady’s husband some 25 years ago.
Inevitably when dealing with HMRC and other bodies, together with 20-plus beneficiaries including Charities, matters can become protracted and Adam together with his assistant Tia James ensured that a proper process was carried out.
I have to say that Adam Hampton stands head and shoulders above a couple of the other Solicitors that I have had to work with.
His professionalism, patience and attention to detail, was exemplary especially having to deal with some of the entirely unnecessary and trying situations that kept re-occurring.
Despite the seemingly continual barrage and unwarranted accusations from one of the Executors, Adam Hampton progressed the Probate and Will instructions admirably, bringing matters to a conclusion in a totally professional manner, for which I was very grateful.
His professional standards were excellent and just as important, were proven in concluding the Probate process.

We attended the Westhaughton branch of HCB and Joanne/Denise sorted everything for us to do our Wills. There was certain information they had to apply for concerning our house and this was done efficiently and effectively without any stress to ourselves. The only thing we had to do was give information of family for our wills, read the prospective wills they sent and include any other things we wanted to add and return them. Then we were invited to come to Westhaughton and go through the Wills with Joanne and sign them. Electronic copies were sent to us and it was as easy as that. Thank you both for your service
