Great Speakers with great information. I would like to have longer times to network with the speakers.

I loved the first three speeches! The final speeches were a bit less relevant for my workplace experience. Also the ending was a bit abrupt.

Expert speakers delivered research-based content that was timely, relevant, and impactful.

Great learning experience. My instructor was very knowledgeable of the subject matter.

I feel that the certification description was not accurate to what was presented in the class. The succession program at my organization was way ahead of the materials presented, and my team ended up providing best practices to the whole classroom on multiple occasions. This wasn't a real benefit for us, as we were looking of how to take our program to the next level.

The presenters were top notch and gave some great insight into creating a DEI program in workplaces.

The videos shown between some of the sessions were simply magnificent. Well done!

This was a wonderful afternoon. The length of time for the conference was just right.

Presentation Materials are rich and diverse, the presenters background experience diversity and well prepared, cafes were a great resource to connect with presenters.
Increase the Cafes time a little bit, some questions not attended

The Strategic Talent Acquisition course I took with HCI was outstanding. Exactly what we needed to increase the skillset of our North American Human Resources Team in this hyper competitive market. We are rolling out to our whole team at our Human Resources Development Program this Fall.

I am new to the Workforce Planning topics. I was very pleased with the level of expertise for all of the speakers and their ability to deliver the information to meet the needs of my level of expertise. The conference was very professionally delivered and Bill did a great job as the moderator. I am looking at other resources with HCI that I might leverage to expand my workforce planning development.

Great balance of perspectives and different journeys with WFP programs.

The facilitator was personable, knowledgeable and engaging. I appreciated that the training didn't cram too much information into a small window of time and that it was appropriately spaced between knowledge transfer and activities. Highly recommend.
