Very informative and engaging. It solidified info I already knew and also provided a lot more info to think about. I think this is something I can apply when supporting my clients.

The class was very focused and met the description. The class also exceeded my expectations.

Had a great Strategic HR Leadership session. The facilitator was very knowledgeable and covered the concepts in a collaborative way. We had a small group, which made for some in-depth discussions on certain aspects of the material.

Unlike other courses with the Blah, Blah, Blah, (BreakTime) Blah Blah, Test - from the first moments attending this course to the completion of the academics - you are being provided with CONTENT and DISCUSSION that you can actually USE by a knowledgable Instructer that is truly PASSIONATE about this PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT. LOW on video content and HIGH IN ACTUAL, in-person, comprehensive, interactive participation, I recommend attending this course, and avoid dissapointment.

This was one of the most engaging virtual courses I have been on. The facilitator created an interactive session with the right pace and interesting content.

The instructor was very well prepared and delivered the materials with aplomb. I found the break-out exercises most valuable, as class members shared their experiences, approaches, and challenges. The course content was more basic/introductory level than I expected. Overall, the class was valuable.

Great Instructor!

Had an amazing training with Karen this week on succession training. She is exteremely knowledgable and built in some levity and humor that helped to break up the content. She was also very mindful of breaks needed to reflect and reatin the information. She provided a ton of exmaples which allowed the content really come to life. She went the extra mile to use words and phrases that are a major part of pur company which not only made us feel understood but also cared for. I highly recommend Karen for succession training. After leaving this session I feel that I have a very solid understanding of how to apply the content in a meaningful way.

Joelle was great! The course information was super helpful. There were only 6 of us in the course which was really helpful. It allowed for really great conversation and dialogue.

I believe Bill was a great teacher. He took his time on each section, subject. I would recommend HCI to my co-workers. In fact I will be requesting to take more classes.

Covers a year's worth of material in two days. Good overview of Strategic Talent Acquisition and useful toolkit.

Course was okay - a lot of review. Instructor saved the course by adding her own insight. Class also shared some in the discussions that was helpful.

This course and my experience with HCI was amazing. I am looking forward to continuing my learning journey with HCI.

The course is excellent, however, I encounter to many technical issues. last minute distribution of the course materials.

It was ok. I am an HR dept of one for a small company, and this course is largely predicated on the assumption you have a data analysis team to help you run some of these metrics. I would have liked a deeper dive into some of these concepts, as I did not encounter much of anything new in the material. There were also quite a few breakout sessions, I would have preferred more larger group discussions. I did really enjoy the other classmates however. Also, when I went to take my PAHR the link is not working, so I am waiting on tech to get back to me on that.

Course content was good, although 2 days of zoom was rough. The instructor also didn't seem adapt at virtually engaging a class HCI itself was horrible to work with. My class was cancelled twice within 2 months before I could actually take it. Then they had technical issues and didn't provide a working zoom link, until 20 minutes before class started.
