Our instructor Bill was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable on SWP, and moved through the material at a good pace.

I give 5 stars it was an excellent course, the material was great but most of all the facilitator was amazing, he was genuine, kept the group engaged and the group shares were great learnings. Bill Craib is very good at what he does.

Awesome study.

I found the level of instruction to be very good and the course content extremely relevant. My only critique is that 2 days was not enough to really grasp and be able to utilize the content well - I would recommend lengthening the session.

HRBP course was informative and delivered in a way that kept us engaged and thinking. I enjoyed the opening the the presenter gave us. I also appreciate that we were given sufficient time for breaks.

Excellent class overall. Cindi did a great job.

The course was very well taught at a good pace. The materials provided were easy to follow and extremely useful. The content of the class was right on as explained in all the material prior to taking the class.

Meghan was well equipped to facilitate this training. Leaving the training with great tools to use is a HUGE plus!

Meghan Hargrave lead the course, she was very kind and knowledgeable. She allowed everyone to participate and made sure we all felt included. She presented well, kept everything interesting and was well prepared. I liked that participants could go into breakrooms to discuss topics and had the opportunity to hear from other colleagues.

The instructor lost her voice and instead of rescheduling the session she powered through and taught with a strained voice. I feel for her, being ill and working is not easy. But her voice was so distracting from the material. Although she guided the discussions, interactive discussions only happened in small groups. The content that was shared was very informative and helpful, but I wish I got more out of the session.

Our instructor Bill was outstanding and built a rich learning environment. Bill was knowledgeable, inclusive, and brought the learning to life. He did an excellent job of delivering the course content, but most importantly created opportunities from our course participants to dialogue and learn from each other.

The training facility was not ideal. It was up a steep set of steps that were hard to manage for those with mobility challenges. Highly recommend a different facility for future offerings.

I recently attended the two day on-line HCI course on Strategic Workforce Planning. I found it very valuable. The instructor Karen was very knowledgeable and the course ran at a perfect pace. There were breaks on the hour which was wonderful.
The content itself was very applicable to my role and was easy to follow.
I also really enjoyed the other participants in class.
It was the right level of instruction and group discussion and activities.
I was able to pass the exam in one try!

The instructor was personable and engaging. The material is something that I can take back to work and use right away.

The PAHR course provided by HCI was very beneficial to me in my current job function. The facilitator was excellent and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this course to anyone who want to get their feet wet with People Analytics!

I think the materials were great. I know the challenge of creating content for people from various industries and sizes of organizations. I really enjoyed the consulting, Change and Project Management content but felt like the Talent Acquisition information would be more valuable to a Talent Acquisition Advisor vs an HRBP. I would of loved to have seen more info on Data Analytics (top metrics to know and how to calculate). I think the facilitator was brilliant and had a lot of good personal experience and stories to draw from but I felt confused at some points because the slides on the screen were not necessarily what he was talking about so it was hard to follow at times.

Engaging & exciting even on Zoom! I appreciate Cindi's passion for the topic at hand and for keeping the call exciting and informative.

It was very helpful to go through the process step by step. The instructor captured all of the things we wanted to learn and made sure we discussed every item. It helped to have break out sessions to discuss real issues and processes from our current positions to determine how we could apply what we were learning.

This was the first Succession Planning training I attended. My company is about to implement this process also for the first time. The programme content was very helpful in resetting the focus on the why? that is the Strategic Focus. Each module assisted with the progressive implementation steps supported the Toolkit which I will use in our process. Question about transparency were addresses and various models that can be used. The quality of interaction among the participants provided valuable lessons learnt and the facilitation by Tanya promoted engagement and openness to share and good direction. I will be sharing the learnings with my Team and embarking on process from this month. I look forward to taking the Workforce Planning certification programme next. Thank you.
