Purchased a Zenith 24W X 26"H Surface Mount Espresso Wood Medicine Cabinet on 4/22/2022.
Upon opening the box I noticed minor flaws in the coating on the frame of the unit. It shouldn’t show when the product is installed, but it was a sign of more to come.
Upon closer inspection of the overall construction of the unit, I noticed that the joint where the bottom meets the left side was separated to the point where it was almost coming apart. The other three joints weren't very tightly connected either.
Due to the urgency at which I needed to have this installed, I was not in position to return it so I improvised and put some glue in each of the corner joints and then added some small nails to reinforce the joints.
Additionally, the backing for the mirror on the left door was installed askew so that with the doors closed, you could see the unfinished backing panel in between the mirrors. I was able to carefully trim the exposed panel so that it would not be visible.
This cabinet is the most poorly constructed household item I have ever purchased.
I have ZERO confidence that this cabinet will last more than 2 or 3 years in a bathroom environment.

Terrible customer service. Expect to wait on hold forever. Items not shipped but credit card charged. Keep changing delivery date. Stay away from this company. Update, still waiting on order but charged twice and for more that quoted price. Unable to get customer service on phone. Can’t even cancel order because still on hold.

SEARCHED FOR A PRODUCT AND FOUND WITH HD SUPPLY A PRICE OF 16.62 PER ITEM , AFTER REGISTERING WITH HD SUPPLY PRICE INCREASED TO 22.41..MISLEADING SITE ..DONT BOTHER !!

Horrible Ladrones y faltas de respeto compré unas puertas con ellos desde Enero las puertas no son de la medida que tienen en la página los llame para devolución ya estamos en mayo los he llamado mas de diez veces y siempre me responden lo mismo que las van a recoger y no me devuelven mi dinero son lo más ladrones que te puedes encontrar en este país te roban tu dinero y no pasa ya le puse una queja en Proteccion al consumidor en este país protegen al consumidor al menos por ahora mucho cuidado con HD Suply se quedan con tu dinero y descaradamente te dicen que están trabajando en tu caso

It appears that the customer service has not improved at all in the past year since my nightmare experience.What in the world is wrong with this company!Do the people that run this company not read these reviews?

Over paid my account by $440.68 back on 09/16/2021.
To this day, I haven't receive a refund back from HD Supply! I sent a request for refund and called their representative in December 2021! Still nothing!
I think I need to place my orders with a different company since HD Supply doesn't value their customers. I called numerous times with wait times beyond 5 minutes and then received the go aound! or was just hung up on!

I’ve had to make
4 or 5 calls in the past week to get an account put into our
Company’s responsibility since they have the ridiculous policy of one account per physical address. They fail to disclose what is required and bring up some new nonsense on each successive call. I hope we can stop doing business with them as they don’t deserve our money and time.

UPDATE. Never got the order. They said it wasn't in stock anymore and cancelled order. I still haven't received my refund. It's been 7 days since being told it was processed. If I don't receive it in 3 more business days I will be going to the mainstream news stations.

I wish I read these reviews before ordering . I keep getting one excuse after the other as to why my 2 day delivery is taking almost two weeks even after I called when it was 3 days late and said I would have it in 2 more days , now they’re telling me 3-4 more days!!

Don't order anything from HD Supply. I order a range glide for $9.35. The system doesn't advice you up front that there's additional fee for $10 + sales tax and freight. So the my $9.35 part came to a total of $26.59.
Yes $26.59. These days everyone is in your pocket. And by the way its going to over 2 weeks to get it. We will see. Good luck with that.

I ordered two furnace heat strips ten days ago, along with other maintenance supplies. Everything has arrived except the heat strips, which I need desperately. I spend 15 minutes on hold listening to recordings telling me how you’re “on it”! Are you really now?

I ordered two bathroom exhaust fan motors on 12/23/2021. Their website showed delivery as 12/29/2021 but it never showed up. It now shows as delivered on 12/30/2021 and it even has a link to a proof of delivery page saying it was delivered on 12/30. The only proof of delivery I need is to have the item in hand, which I do not. They post false information about orders. Very poorly run company. Stay away.

Ordered a door in June. It was never delivered so I cancelled the order. Then, four months later, my credit card was charged for the door. After two months, countless phone calls, emails, and broken promises - I STILL do not have the refund I requested. Every single time I call I am promised the refund will arrive "within 5-10"days. I have been promised that so often over the past two months I have lost count. Their last promise was that the refund would arrive "within 24-48 hours." It has now been 96 hours ---- still no refund. I have now filed a complaint with the BBB in hopes they can help me get my money back. ***CRDIT CARD BILLED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION***REFUND PROMISED BUT NOT RECEIVED***

Terrible experience. Wish I read reviews prior to placing a very large order. They took my money and have not delivered. Promise to deliver dates have changed multiple times. Delivered a partial but does me no good without the other items. If I could rate a zero I would have. This has screwed me up on a job I am doing and now i have no choice but to wait for the rest of my order. Now they are saying end of November...should have had as they promised on 10/3/2021. I have called customer service several times but they are no help. Never again will I order from HD Supply.

I wish i had read all these reviews before placing my order. In the midst of renovation was promised next day delivery which isnt possible apparently. I cancelled the order and now its been 10 weeks after 2 dozen phone calls. they still have not refunded me.

I purchased 2 shelf brackets for a refrigerator and the were the wrong ones. This was my fault. I filled out the paper work to return them and was told I would receive a return sticker within 2 days. Customer service keeps saying the warehouse will send the sticker in a separate email. It is now 6 weeks later and 8 emails and I still have not received that separate email from the warehouse.

They take your money. Then you never get your order. Useless customer service.

If there was a negative I would have put that. I feel you are taking a chance if you order from here. You may not see your order for a month. When you call on that order they have no solution for you just give you a lame excuse, like they are really behind in Chicago. That's a classic, pay someone they might want to work there.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this company, always getting orders wrong, packing labels on wrong boxes and then you NEED to return to FedEx because they don't take care of their customers. Really awful customer services...

Worst experience ever.. I used to buy products from HDsupply since 2017 I must say that company is doing the worst business in 2021... it takes weeks for an order to be delivered. it says order is process for a week and when you ask them to cancel the order they don't and they hang up phone on you!! Poor Stuff and Not a good experience!! I am looking for another vendor!! Waste of time, Stay AWAY!!!

This is by far the WORST company to purchase any products from. Several orders each time with a promise of next day delivery- none were delivered. I even tried picking up from the local warehouse - the company couldn't deliver even to their own facility. The worst part- during every single call I made to the HD Supply's customer service and solutions departments I've been told the order would get delivered next day... Now, I'm having a problem getting my money back even though I NEVER received my orders - it's been over a months since my order was canceled. The end result - a TON of WASTED time and an OCEAN of FRUSTRUATION... STAY AWAY - the likelihood of a BAD PURCHASING experience is HIGH.
