My appointment was quick and I was called in on time.
It was reassuring to have time to discuss some of my health issues without feeling rushed.
With Dr Adnans help, I was able to formulate a plan of action to deal with my problems.

I was about to go on holiday when I came down with a suspected chest infection and couldn’t get an appointment with my GP. I called Dr. Adnan, who was incredibly responsive and offered a face-to-face consultation at The Marlow Club the same day. Within just a few hours, I was seen, thoroughly assessed, and prescribed antibiotics. The service was absolutely outstanding, and thanks to his swift care, I was able to enjoy my holiday feeling much better. Truly a 5-star experience—thank you, Dr. Adnan!

Without a doubt, the service we received was exceptional! Dr Rizvana Ali made time for a home visit for my daughter at such short notice. After a thorough examination and diagnosis, my daughter received treatment and made a full recovery a lot quicker compared to if we had waited to be seen by her NHS Dr. Very grateful for Dr Rizvana Ali’s swift diagnosis and treatment. Punctual, swift, efficient, effective and got the job done including a basic plan going forwards. Well pleased!

This service has become our nhs. We had a late night acute ear pain with fever. Options were:
1) wait till morning after, call at 8 am our go and hope to get a slot in the day
2) drive to an A&E, wait for 6 hours while being triaged out by more critical cases.
Call Healthality. Dr Ali came over within 20 minutes. 45 minutes later we had submitted the first dose of antibiotics. Within the time an NHS doctor would have managed to see us, the ear pain was gone.
We are extremely grateful to this service and so relieved to be able to afford this.

My consultation with Dr Adnan gave me loads of useful info and advice about my health. The body scan machine was amazing and the resulting report was incredibly detailed. I was quite pleased to be in the 'fit' category! The session has enabled me to look at my exercise routine and make a few changes, all based on the evidence from the scan.

The consultation was reasonably priced. I didnt have to wait long to have it. Dr Ali was very nice and very thorough during the video consultation. Would definitely use them again.
