I have just received results from my GI Map, exactly on the timescale predicted. The results are extremely well presented, as both simple informative interpretation and a detailed PDF to download. The number of markers measured exceeds any other commercially available test that I have found in the UK for £300 or less (and I am very experienced with these as my son monitors his own IBD).

I was extremely worried when I was waiting for the test to arrive as some reviews on this site are so negative and most of the online presence is connected with the Australian parent company. However, I have received excellent service and would happily use them again.

I purchased a home blood test, when I took the test the company withheld my results as the cost of the test had risen and I was advised to pay the extra in order to have access to my results. I'm very disappointed with their service.

Took them 11 days to process the results. Poor communication throughout - 2 of my emails were ignored.
The doctor's report contradicted the results themselves, and upon querying this with healthily I was given a poor explanation, a note that they'd updated my results (yet the original report appears the same as it was before, suggesting they haven't actually consulted with the doctor as requested), and they gave me medical advice that they should not be providing as they are not doctors and the recommendations would be considered dangerous. Do not seem a professional outfit at all.

A good experience. Results provided in a short space of time. They use a proper lab to do the work and act as 'middle men/women' between the customer and the lab - nothing wrong with that, indeed that is the way a lot of people do business these days. Many labs won't deal with customers directly. Happy to use again.

Really speedy delivery of the test kit as it was advertised. The test kit was addressed directly to Doctors Laboratory and I got the result within a few days. The test promised a more accurate and sensitive screening for what we needed to test and it exactly delivered what I needed. The result really helped me with the diagnosis and my GP was really helpful to act on the result.
Honestly, I am grateful to their service and the test they offered. I would use Healthily again and would be recommending to friends who might benefit

Please do not order from this website! They are not a medical organisation and are essentially middle men who send you kits that they then send on to real labs and make a profit by charging an exorbitant amount for relatively cheap kits.

I wish I’d done thorough research before making a purchase and taken a closer look at the website - upon closer review it’s clear that there is no expertise or professionalism. Tests results are not comprehensive and the tests are sent via hand written large letters with a return label for a residential address.

Literally not a serious company and is operated by one person (Amelia) - incredibly misleading and essentially a scam!
