Item was despatched on time an would have been delivered within 48 hours if the courier had not sent it to another untraceable property..obviously not the company's fault, however from then the customer service was shocking, no support to replace item or help ..9 days later item landed on my doorstep (but i had already purchased elsewhere as it was a present) health and care then tell me i have to pay to return the item - i have to pay to have it signed an tracked to receive a refund. It wasnt sent to me signed for but im expected to send it signed for at a cost to myself. No care or support to help or solve my issues ..be careful if you have a delivery issue
