Keen to get new replacement stockings as supplied by the hospital following surgery. The name on the pair used solved the problem of who and how. Very pleased with the purchase and prompt delivery.

Communication was very good
Communication about delivery was very good. We’re pleased with our purchase. However, the agent responsible for delivery delivered package to neighbouring property despite our address being correct on the packaging. This was reported at the time.

I'm really disappointed with this…
I'm really disappointed with this company. I returned the product within the 30-day money-back guarantee, but they refused my refund, claiming the item was used and damaged in transit. Of course, I had to use it to try it, and I gave it a fair chance. They are very difficult to deal with, and I wouldn't buy from them again.

Antwoord van Health and Care
Dear Besnik,
Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear of your disappointment.
For clarity, our returns policy allows unsuitable items to be returned within 30 days, provided they are in a resellable condition. This is not an unconditional money-back guarantee.
Upon inspection, your returned item showed clear signs of use, including discolouration, hair and residue, as well as damage to the calf support. We provided comprehensive photographic evidence documenting our findings. Regrettably, the condition of the item meant that we were unable to accept it for a refund.
We appreciate that customers may need to assess whether a product is suitable, but there is a distinction between examining an item and using it over an extended period, as you confirmed in your correspondence with us.
We have offered to return the item to you and are awaiting your confirmation on how you would like to proceed.
I hope this clarifies our position.
Kind regards,
Victor

I recommend this company
I ordered some socks with grips on for my mum who is in a Carehome and unsteady on her feet as they get swollen wearing shoes all day. The socks are great, grips top and bottom of the foot area so even if they slide round there is still grip on the ground, they are comfortable and the staff have said they are easy to put on and very useful. The parcel was delivered swiftly. All in all great company and service.

The item arrived well packaged and in good condition, and the whole buying experience with Health and Care was smooth and straightforward. I’m very pleased with the product and would definitely recommend both the McKenzie lumbar support roll and Health and Care.co.uk.
