Health and Care Reviews

This is a fantastic site for all your medical needs, there is such a good variety of products to choose from. Also they are very prompt with deliveries too. Highly recommend.

The phone I got for my mum is great, it is easy to use for an 83 year old not complicated and has everything she needs. It’s light for her to hold and simple to set up, works like a dream! Was easy to order and delivery was quick. Well worth the money. A great phone

I was able to find what I needed, the description was very detailed, the quality of the product was excellent, the value for money was also very reasonable. The postage was very quick and well packaged. Totally satisfied with my shopping experience.

Great choice, great quality and prompt shipping and delivery.

I thought I had already retinal review, obviously not!
Absolutely delighted that I found this device. We have no mobile signal in the village, and so everything, including the landline, it’s done through Wi-Fi and is therefore electric – so if we have a power cut we are jiggered and completely cut off from the outside world.
My partner has a live-in carer and as this fall detection watch works with a wireless signal and batteries, it is independent of electricity and a mobile signal. He can press it to summon her help, and thankfully we haven’t needed to check if it also goes off when he falls.

I can sleep at night knowing that should he fall again at night time, or just need help during the night, the carer can be summoned.

It has changed our lives! 😃. Thank you.

good company to order from fully informed start to delivery

Great price for the phone and easy to use for my elderly mum . Delivery was quick . And the order process easy to use

Speedy delivery, all well very satisfied with purchase

Impressed with the efficiency of the firm when dealing with the purchase of the original phone and subsequent replacement when I decided to upgrade to a more expensive model.
Also with the product quality of the phones

I had to call them multiple times just to finally get an update on an order that I haven't received after a week of waiting.
Finally got an email with a tracking link, and a tracking number as well. They showed two different orders.
The first one with the link was when I actually placed my order. However this one went into a UPS pick up point about 100 miles away from me. The second tracking number was created yesterday after I first called them to ask about my order, however the website showed "order completed" for days before this.
Despite of this, they tried to tell me all sorts of excuses over the phone instead of admitting their fault, and when I confronted the advisor, she became rude. Not that they showed any real interest to solve my issue.

Phone arrived on time.
A bit complicated to set up.
Volume control works well.

Everything was as described, the compression glove worked beautifully to reduce the swelling of my fingers after the accident. It was easy to measure the size I needed and the glove was a snug fit just as you wanted for healing. The theraputty helped exercise the fingers.
The package didn't take long to arrive and was well packed.

I was looking for toe separators and found this company online. Clear website with a range of healthcare products. My order was received quickly. There were 2 silicone separators in the pack and are comfortable to wear. It is too early to say whether they are effective.

Only criticism is it took 1 day longer than anticipated to arrive.

Very good service I have been using health and care for many years

Always very happy about the service provided

Easy to use website, easily found what I wanted and prices were good. Ordering was simple and the item was delivered quickly.

Sturdy trekking stick. Very pleased with it.
