Perfect Simple Mob Phones
Impressed with the efficiency of the firm when dealing with the purchase of the original phone and subsequent replacement when I decided to upgrade to a more expensive model.
Also with the product quality of the phones

Useless customer service
I had to call them multiple times just to finally get an update on an order that I haven't received after a week of waiting.
Finally got an email with a tracking link, and a tracking number as well. They showed two different orders.
The first one with the link was when I actually placed my order. However this one went into a UPS pick up point about 100 miles away from me. The second tracking number was created yesterday after I first called them to ask about my order, however the website showed "order completed" for days before this.
Despite of this, they tried to tell me all sorts of excuses over the phone instead of admitting their fault, and when I confronted the advisor, she became rude. Not that they showed any real interest to solve my issue.

Antwoord van Health and Care
Dear Attila,
Thank you for your review.
We are sorry for the delay with your order and for the inconvenience caused.
For clarity, your order was placed on 6 October, and unfortunately our supplier experienced a delay in dispatching it, which was not communicated to us at the time.
Once the delay was brought to our attention, our team contacted the supplier directly on 13 October to establish the status of your order. We subsequently followed up to obtain the UPS tracking details, which were emailed to you on 14 October.
While we regret the delay and the confusion surrounding the tracking information, we would like to reassure you that our team took prompt steps to investigate the situation and provide the information available to us.
We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback.
Kind regards,
Victor

Excellent service
Everything was as described, the compression glove worked beautifully to reduce the swelling of my fingers after the accident. It was easy to measure the size I needed and the glove was a snug fit just as you wanted for healing. The theraputty helped exercise the fingers.
The package didn't take long to arrive and was well packed.

Comfortable product to wear
I was looking for toe separators and found this company online. Clear website with a range of healthcare products. My order was received quickly. There were 2 silicone separators in the pack and are comfortable to wear. It is too early to say whether they are effective.
