Poor customer service
Poor customer service. I purchased a wheelchair and I wanted a new one from the box. They promised me they would order a new one. I went there 3 times after they called saying my order was in and it was the same wheelchair. They did not order me a new one. They wasted my time making three unnecessary trips to the store. I asked for a refund and will spend my money elsewhere.

It’s not always easy to haul people with disabilities two hours into the city to go shopping for supplies!
