Searched `100% cotton scrubs. Somehow received 65% polyester. 1) They were overpriced. 2) you cannot speak to a person 3) Difficult returns and had to pay shipping and restock. Would not recommend.

I recently purchased the Vacu-Aide Suction Machine Model 7325P for $379.00 from Medical Supply Pros. The unit arrived fairly quickly, but did not include a Yankauer for nasal suction. I tried contacting the company to purchase a yankauer and after a delayed response I was told they had no yankauer’s and that I would have to shop other companies to order such equipment. I later located a company who sold yankauer’s at a very reasonable price. I received the yankauer’s a couple days later and then attempted to use the Vacu-Aide Machine. It was difficult to use to the point feeling unsafe and came with very vague instructions. I tried the machine one time and immediately knew right away this machine was not going to work-too dangerous! I immediately requested a refund from the company and within a couple of days got the approval to send the unit back, but I would be responsible for the $28 dollar shipping. I followed their strict return guidelines on how to package and label the unit for returning the device. A couple weeks passed and I hadn’t received a refund. I reached out to the company several times via email (unable to actually speak with a person). I then received the unit back on my porch and on the side of the box it indicated the refund had been denied because it was not returned in its original box. This of course was completely false. I personally packaged and returned the unit in its original box. The company now tells me there is nothing they can do and now I am stuck with a $379.00 dollar machine that I have zero use for. I would highly recommend not doing business with this company. They most certainly do not honor their return policy. On another note, they are not accredited through the Better Business Bureau, in fact he BBB sight indicates “Complaints often center around unresponsive customer service, difficulties securing refunds and unexpected shipping charges - “The business is not accredited by the BBB and holds an unaccredited rating with multiple consumer complaints regarding order discrepancies and return policies.” This company also has additional negative reviews on various other website’s mostly related to poor customer service and failure to honor their return policy. Doing business with this company is very risky to say the least.

In addition, I have sent a letter to their management team, but they refuse to respond. Healthcare Supply Pros, I am not going away.

In addition to a fair price for my diet supplements I was truly shocked at the very quick delivery. Thoroughly happy throughout the entire process!

Not even worth 1 star. DON’T use this company when I sent my scrubs back because too big they only refunded me for ONE pair, but I paid for two.
They claim the shipping cost was the cost of the other pair…….hmmm funny my shipping was five dollars when I bought them.
Total scammers. Worst people and company don’t care about their customers at all.

HUGE ISSUES WITH DELIVERY. They outright lie to your face and still charge you extreme cancellation and return fees. I canceled an order because it was so late, they still sent it, and now they're forcing me to pay return fees and restock fees. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Go to New Leaf instead for various things.

Do not buy from this company.I purchased a Coagucek Xs machine it worked 7times.have contacted the company for months now via email because none of their numbers work and I still have not been helped

Prior to ordering from this company, I suggest you read the reviews (I wish I had). It took them forever to send me the scrubs I ordered, then when I received them, it wasn't even what I had ordered. When I contacted them, they said half of what I had ordered was on backorder, but they never contacted me, they just sent what they wanted to. Then when I requested a return and refund, they took 3 weeks to do so, and that is with me contacting them 4 times. Then when I received the refund, it was only a little over half of what I had paid.

AVOID THIS SCAM!! I ordered a bunch of surgical equipment from this website who interestingly goes by “Medical Supply Pros” and “Healthcare Supply Pros”. In approximately one week, I received a heavy box from the company and upon opening it, was shocked to see that it was full of some garbage adult sanitary wipe packages (THAT I DIDN'T ORDER) and zero of the items I did order. It contained a shipping invoice detailing all the things I should have received but only these garbage wipes. I attempted to contact the company only to find that the phone number is disconnected and they don’t answer emails. I googled their contact us address and found it linked to a Spanish looking cleaning goods storage facility. I disputed the charge and cancelled the credit card. This is a SCAM pure and simple.
UPDATE 1/23/25- I have just completed a two month ordeal with this fraudulent company fighting to have this charge reversed off my credit card. I won finally but I’d like to tell everyone EXACTLY how these folks try to game the system so you hopefully don’t fall prey to it like I did. After disputing the charge, Healthcare Supply Pros appealed it and stated that they sent all the items I ordered. Their “proof” of this was to send a copy of my order/ packing list to the credit card fraud dept. I was then asked to provide proof that they ripped me off. I provided the packing slip showing all the things I had paid for (but hadn’t received) as well as a photo of the box they sent full of diaper wipes and a signed letter detailing how I had attempted to call them and email them. However, “proving” my attempts is impossible since this scam company doesn’t’ have a working phone number and the only way to contact them otherwise is a “contact us” box on their website rather than an actual working email. VERY CONVENIENT if you operate a scam because then folks have no proof they wrote to you either. So basically, you pay them a large sum of money for medical supplies, you are instead shipped garbage such as diaper wipes. They hope I guess that a big company might not notice I guess. But if you open it and do notice it isn’t what you ordered, they hope that by including a correct packing list and having no reachable customer service department that you will give up and lose your dispute.
If you are unfortunate enough to do business with these people, you must do the following: take photos of the box you receive on the outside, inside, any packing slips and any goods they might send. Photograph their website showing a non-working phone number and their “contact us box” after you have written your complaint to them just to show you tried. Then you can show all of the above to your credit card company who will reward you by crediting your card back. Thankfully for me, I won against this scam and had them reported to VISA and MASTERCARD as a fraudulent business.
ANOTHER UPDATE 9-24-26- Nearly two years after my horrendous experience with this scam company, they are trying to pressure me for the second time to reveal my personal contact information to them, this time through Trustpilot’s own flagging system. I guarantee you all they only want to do me harm or remove my very detailed truthful review. They certainly aren’t interested in making things right two years after I had to report them to two major credit card companies as a fraudulent business. Anyone can just look at their other reviews to see I am not making this up. I would NEVER reveal my personal info to this company and also find it hilarious that your own records are so bad that you didn’t know who I was when we were in the MIDDLE of our dispute two years ago. Oh my goodness! It just doesn’t get shadier than this business. Also, by the way, I noticed that they changed their so called official address away from a storage facility for cleaning goods and instead to an abandoned office complex. At least they realized that people do have Google Maps and can see if the address is ridiculous. STAY AWAY FROM THESE POEPLE. They have no morals.

I ordered 6 boxes of medline stainless steel #10 blades on 5/8/24 with shipping time of 4-5 days.
$227. 26.
I have left over a dozen voicemail messages. One of the contact numbers is out of service & the other just goes to an automated message saying they are not available. I was trying to contact them to confirm that the manufacturer was indeed Medline & to see when my items would ship. After a week with no response, i used their email that is connected directly to their website. On Friday 5/17 i received an email stating “ticket received” and I would get a response in 24 hours. After a couple more days i clicked on the ticket link and it says ticket closed, I proceeded to send another email stating i still haven’t gotten any correspondence from their company.
I am beyond frustrated with their lack of communication & believe i have been scammed.

Tried contacting the company multiple times because I have yet to receive an order confirmation or shipping information but was charged over a week ago. Still hasn’t responded to any emails. Phone line is disconnected. This is an extremely sketchy website. Do not order from them.

Ordered the wrong ones- wanted to exchange for the correct ones but I can’t find anywhere on the site to do so and it looks like there’s a crazy fee just to exchange
