Ordered from Healthcare Supply Pros, my first time, and am very impressed. Several follow up e-mails updating me on my order status and my supplies arrived ahead of schedule. Will recommend to others. Very satisfied.....

I ordered last friday. It took so long. it wasn't late delivery.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. Sheets wouldn't stay on it, making the bed slippery and dangerous. The internet page, said it was returnable. After getting the runaround by customer service, 3 emails and repeatly forced into voice mail, a live person told me mattresses weren't returnable

I still haven't received my order which is ironic since I paid extra for express shipping and ended up with ground and a delivery date two weeks from my order date. Express shipping = urgent need, not two weeks out! No phone number to call...won't buy here ever again!

I ordered a few different things from Healthcare Supply Pros one weekend. Due to a technical glitch, my order ended up getting processed twice. I sent a slightly frosty mail to the email address listed on my invoice (imagining I would have to go through some enormous hassle to get the mistaken order cancelled) and got a reply back first thing Monday morning: "No problem. Already taken care of." Next, I got another email regarding my order. Not everything I ordered was in stock... Again, I expected to be charged for separate shipping of the backordered items and gritted my teeth. When I asked about this, I was again pleasantly surprised: "No problem. You won't be charged again for shipping when the backordered items arrive." I cannot recommend this firm highly enough! What a pleasure to deal with them!!

Easy process, good price, received the blood pressure cuff that I ordered well within the promised time frame, and it works great!

Everything was great except that they shipped the wrong product. Karim quickly corrected everything and I am waiting for my product to arrive.

You stock hard to find stuff and have good prices and quick shiping plus discounts for buying in bulk. Your a great place to shop.

I needed a lab coat for school and easily found exactly what I was looking for at an affordable price. In fact, this was the cheapest coat I could find, yet, its quality is not inferior.

Please call me and I will give you the details! My numerous requests have not been answered and they need to be!

I ordered a shower seat for a friend. The web site indicated free delivery, so I wasn't holding my breath. Three weeks after ordering, I called and emailed, left some messages and received no response. A week or week and a half after that I called and called and called until I got a live person. He said the seat was going to be in transit in a few days. What happened to the 6 weeks prior? Good question!

I ordered a lab coat because my teacher said I would need one for the next class period. This site had the cheapest one I could find and the arrival time of the lab coat was 1 week away. I told my teacher I ordered one online and that was going to be late, but he said that was fine. When the coat didn't show up in my mailbox for 2 weeks (one week after it said it was going to) I lost points in my class. I called to ask when my coat would arrive because if it wasn't soon, I needed to buy a different one. I was lied to and told it would arrive in 2 days. I called after 2 more days. I was told it would take 2 MORE days. After 3 weeks, it finally arrived. I was forced to borrow someone else's until mine come in. I called to complain, because not only did my coat take 2 weeks longer than it should have, I lost points in my class and I got absolutely no notification that it would be late. An email would have been just fine. The guy I was talking to said it was on back order. I told him that would have been great to know so I could have canceled the order and got a different one so I wouldn't have lost points in my lab class. He told that I "should have known" that the lab coat would be on back order because "things like that always are." I was shocked. I couldn't believe he just told me that. How on earth on I supposed to know that lab coats are always on back order?? Clearly, I don't have a lab coat. I've never bought one before. I tried to ask for a refund on the coat because it was 2 weeks late and I got no email or notification that it would be late or that is was on back order. I was told no, as the fact the coat was on back order was not the company's fault. I will not be buying anymore products from this site. Not only was I lied to about the arrival date 3 times, I was made to look stupid by one of your reps because I didn't know that lab coats are on the list of things are always on back order. I still would like a refund for a $20 lab coat that was 2 weeks late.

The service rep was very helpful in resloving a major problem with the websites product display page. That problem could easily be resloved by the company setting up the product displays. I needed to order a set of 5 inch wheels for my dad's Gaurdian walker, easy enough. However, all the displays for the walker attachments HAD THE SAME PICTURE!! Even though the product SKU numbers were for diffrerent products, with the same picture for each product we can't tell what we are ordering. The web rep was able to decifer the codes and we ordered the right product which arrived in a timely manner and was correct. Another issue...they need to have a Customer Service telephone number on the web page. The only number on there was the ordering number which I had to call to resolve this problem. Overall, I'd use the company again, but they need to resolve this problem especially if an older person attempts to order any walker attachments given the usual age group that uses walkers.

Received my order the next day with ground shipping! Will definitely be ordering again soon!
