Excellent - best! - price for the items I needed and fast delivery.

The first and LAST time I will place an order with this company! I paid for 2-4 day delivery but the order was not despatched in this timescale. I Emailed 5 days after placing the order, as there is no Phone Number available , received NO REPLY. I emailed again the next day stating I would want a refund if no reply. This time I received an email saying one of the items was out of stock and would I like to wait for the other item? Or receive a refund for the missing item. I mailed straight back asking for them to send out the in stock item and refund the other. NO REPLY. After 2 more emails, I received NO REPLY, I reported the issue through PayPal, NO REPLY again, then 4 days later received a mail saying order had been despatched It then took 5 working days to arrive. Overall it took 3 weeks from placing the order to receiving it. UPDATE:
It has now been a week since Healthclick put a message on Trustpilot to say someone from Customer Service will be in touch and as expected NO CONTACT has been made.

Good choice of items for those wishing to follow a low carb lifestyle. Some items you won't find anywhere else.

Any order problems sorted by great customer service.

Placed an order on 17th May, got an email to say it was on its way on 23rd May but it has never actually been sent. Courier are still awaiting receipt. Initially got a response from customer service saying it would be sent within 2 days. It wasn't, they replied to a further email and said I would receive a refund. That was a week ago and no refund has appeared. AVOID!! they will take your money and run!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Placed a order on 24th May no confirmation, no confirmation of dispatch nothing. Asked to review my order on 10th June still not received. Two emails no answer complaint no answer terrible company waste of time. Where is the customer service?

Items were more expensive than Amazon and slow to deliver, when I wanted to support a small company selling organic goods.

One of the items arrived with a broken jaw which I reported to them by email and the next day by chat. So far, absolutely no response and can’t get hold of them by phone as they don’t make a phone number available.

I would suggest avoiding this company. I wish I’d read other peoples reviews first before placing an order.

Update 5 June 2022: Even though healthclick.co.uk asked for more information which I gave them, order number etc, they posted their 'standard' reply to my post almost three weeks ago, and still I have heard NOTHING!

Truly awful customer service. I'm going now to my credit card company to ask for a refund.

Delicious crackers. Have become addicted to them. Great as part of diet as tasty alone or with cheese etc.

First time I've ordered from Healthclick. Easy order process and good communication. Product was reasonably priced and exactly as described. Delivery was slightly delayed but this maybe the courier at fault.

I ordered TikTok Earl Grey Rooibos Tea which I love. It’s naturally decaffeinated and Earl Grey with a kick! It was beautifully packaged and quickly delivered. First class.

Order for £65.34 on 30 May 22; received confirmation straight away, they advised me to download the shop app. which I did. Delivery in 2 to 4 days promised. No answers to my messages received in any form -tracking, emails, chat messages. Zilch. I am now in the process of attempting repayment.

Health click is a time waster and very bad for your health and patience. AVOID.

UPDATE. After writing this, I opened a Resolution with PayPal explaining the circumstances. Guess what? Just to prove this company is a black hole, they have not responded.

Second and last update:
After a lot of time and stress wasted on this company, my no-show order arrived yesterday 22/06/22 unexpectedly, although I had cancelled it and asked for my money back.This order was promised within 2-4 days and took 22 DAYS to arrive with no tracking or notification. A wholly cynical company without any customer focus.

I ordered Balmonds Skin Salvation Cream in April, which did not arrive first. I contacted Health Click twice but they seemed to be very busy or understaffed to answer. My issue did get resolved eventually a few days ago, when Jack replied to my review here on Trustpilot and arranged for the item to be resent. The item came very well packaged and I am really happy with it.

I buy tahini light for my osteoporosis it’s full of protein and calcium with good fats, l add it to my porridge or on toast just like peanut butter. they were delivered quickly and the glass jars were well packaged so no breakages.recommend 👍
