Usually I have no issues with this company at all, but by an accident I ordered the wrong thing and tried to contact them by email and on Facebook several times to send it back and exchange it for the correct item, which on their website it says that you can do so, vut need to email them beforehand. It's been 5 days, and there's still no response or acknowledgement of my emails.
If they don't respond the following week, they have definitely lost one regular customer.
