I dealt with Macey Domoney-Johnson at this firm and it was a pleasure to find someone so competent and efficient. My family and I were leaving a corporate health insurance scheme and needed to find an alternative. Macey came up with some really great alternatives which were excellent value. She also recommended that we talked to the current provider directly to find out what they would offer if we joined them as individuals rather than under a corporate scheme. In the end, for various reasons, the existing provider offered the best deal and we moved to an individual policy with them. However, the experience with this firm was entirely positive and I would definitely recommend their services.

James green was excellent adviser , polite knowledgeable answered all my questions, asked him to give me time to think about my options and he only called back on the day I requested didn’t feel pressured in anyway to take a plan out . I have taken the plan he advised and recommended my family to contact him.

They found us an alternative provider which met our needs. Thus was done quickly and efficiently. They made all the necessary arrangements for transfer from our previous provider to the new one without us having to do anything other than read the documents carefully.

The consultant Louis Edwards was excellent. Really helpful and had lots of knowledge about a variety of products and policies. Louis was happy to call back whenever suited and always followed up with emails etc.
