Auction House UK Reviews

Excellent advice and easy communication from Rachel Pattison throughout the entire process. Very satisfying experience.

Dayna at auction house was excellent. Very professional and proactive. Provided clear guidance throughout the process. Always went the extra mile to assist our family circumstances.
Excellent service would thoroughly recommend Dayna.
The process was very simple and streamlined, and Dayna helped at every step in the journey.
Let’s hope the solicitors are as efficient in ensuring completion!

I just wanted to thank Gary and his staff for their fantastic communication, and reassurance every step of the way! I have never done an auction before so was a bit nervous of what to expect, however I need not have worried as they made everything so easy from start to finish. I highly recommend Auction House, their professionalism and experience was exceptional.

It was a pleasure working with Sam at Auction House to sell our property in Rotherham. He worked well with us to get a deal that could move forward. Sam is personable, professional, proactive and very responsive in communications which was important to us. The Auction house process itself was very efficient. I’d also recommend Stanton Solicitors who work with Auction House and were also helpful and efficient.

Do not use this company! They offer 14 days free cancellation this is a lie! They trick you into waiving this and quickly prove they are not worth the time. When you try and cancel they stick you with a huge cancellation fee. They will also claim payments haven’t went through and try to get more money out of you. Do not use this company!

Staff communications are extremely poor and when they do eventually reply they are incredibly rude-an all round horrendous experience if I could give zero stars I would

Very pleased kept in touch all the way to the sale

Staff at auction house were very helpful.
Sam and Megan were extremely professional and helpful

Excellent friendly staff made the process very easy.
Would highly recommend.

We bought a property at auction and with all the people we had to deal with, solicitors, financial advisers, estate agents etc Romilly at Auction House In Driffield was by far the most helpful and often got things moving quicker then the solicitors we were paying a fortune for. Highly recommend.

From first contact Katie Roberts was professional from start to finish and kept me informed throughout the whole auction process. Everything was explained and no questions I had were too much trouble.
We had a few ' glitches' on the way ( nothing to do with the auction process) but Katie stepped in and sorted it all out.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend South West Auctions for auctioning a property.

Sale at auction was the end of a very difficult and protracted process to sell the property.
The approach of the Auction House Team was professional and efficient.

Simon and Alex provided assistance quickly and with clarity at all stages of the process.

At times the process was challenging requiring difficult decisions. The outcome was not as expected but Simon's clarification drew us to conclude that the outcome was the optimum that could have been achieved

Many thanks.

Straightforward East Anglia team did a great job handling pre-auction offers and sale

I can’t fault the service. Gary and the team were very helpful guiding me throughout the process of selling my mum’s property at auction. I would recommend selling at auction, and wish I had done this in the first instance. Thank you

The special coditions in the contract were a disgrace

Very professional and any problems where quickly resolved. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I recently took part my first property auction run by Austin Gray and they provided excellent property information upfront and set a good pace during the auction whilst explaining details about the process. I ended up buying my first auction property and was guided through to completion by Melanie who was very supportive throughout the process. I definitely recommend Austin Gray and look forward to making future purchases with them

I recently started a new business adventure totally different to what I would normally do but romilly gave me the confidence and knowledge and put me at ease to help with learning about property sales. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn about the propert market and good contacts to help with any additional needs. Highly recommended

Mark and the team have been amazing. Very helpful, informative and very quick to respond to any questions we have had. The whole experience of purchasing our property has been made so much easier by the team at Auction House East Anglia. Thank you

Fantastic all round! Lovely, professional and very helpful! Will certainly be back in the future! Thanks all!

The staff were polite, knowledgeable and generally a pleasure to deal with
