BTG Eddisons Property Auctions Reviews

Everything was explained to us by Scott and it was all dealt with efficiently.

Fantastic service from Yasmin Ward I was extremely impressed by her efficiency, knowledge and guidance in my purchase. Strongly recommend!

We were requested to sell a property which had been with another estate agent and received no sale. We decided that the best approach would be auction and requested our related preferrered "true auction" partner company become involved. The process was smooth and swift achieving a good success.
BTG Eddisons staff make the process slick.

Could not have expected a better service from start to finish

Three weeks after marketing began my property sold at auction 1/10/26. Contracts were finalised 28 days later on 29/10/26.
The Estate Agents and Auctioneers worked in partnership, promoting the property, managing viewings and getting potential bidders fully registered. I was kept fully informed, with daily updates on the last 3 days before auction. I wasn't able to join the streamed auction live so Jim Demitriou recorded it and sent it direct to me just 15 minutes later. The Sale Contract was issued 2 hours after the auction. I was very happy with the result.
Excellent Service from Jim Demitriou and all the team at BTG Eddisons.

Sam was extremely helpful, professional, and informative throughout the entire process. She guided us through an uncharted territory that we had never experienced before, namely purchasing a property through auction. We were initially quite apprehensive due to the tight timescales involved, but Sam provided reassurance and support every step of the way.

What particularly impressed us was her ability to strike a careful balance between representing both the buyer's and seller's interests fairly and professionally. She worked tirelessly to help secure the sale at a reasonable price for both parties. She listened to our concerns, took them seriously, communicated them to the seller, and ultimately helped bring the deal to a successful conclusion.

Sam also recommended a legal firm capable of completing the transaction within the six-week auction timescale, which was invaluable. Thanks to her expertise, dedication, and guidance, we now feel confident about purchasing properties through auction in the future, knowing that there is professional support available when needed.

We would highly recommend Sam to anyone considering buying or selling a property.

Customer service

Navigating the sale of a property in London whilst we live in Chicago began as a very daunting endeavor until we contracted with BTG .. Richard, Denise and Sam were outstanding…all concerns and questions were answered concisely and clearly which made the selling process so much easier for us. Absolutely phenomenal group of people to deal with!!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! A+++
And let us not forget our Auctioneer Lucy …wonderful job! Our thanks to all involved!

Excellent experience start to finish and the information and advice provided by David Beagley was really helpful. David put time aside to answer all of my questions at a time when he must have been extremely busy in the lead up to auction day

Staff are friendly, efficient, pragmatic.
Nice to have dealing, correspondence, conversation with them.

Scott was clear and put up with our constant questions ( it was the first time selling a property on auction). His advice and guidance was very much appreciated.
Scott told us the lot number and the likely time our property would be presented.

We have sold a property through Eddisons for a client of ours and the experience was very smooth. Eddisons were easy to deal with from start to finish and secure a great price.
I would recommend them to any client who is seeking to auction a property and will happily work with them again.

Selling a property at auction can feel daunting, but Jim Demitriou and Sam Rashid at BTG Eddisons made the entire process clear, transparent, and completely stress-free. Their daily updates on bidder registrations gave us total confidence leading into auction day.

Thanks to their proactive work behind the scenes, we had 9 fully registered bidders on the day, driving competitive bidding that achieved a fantastic final sale price.

We would recommend BTG Eddisons without hesitation to anyone looking for an effective, highly skilled property auction team
