First timers
As a veteran I had never purchased a property at an auction before. From the start we were supported by the staff through the registration process. Our pre auction offer was rejected but the staff emailed us with words of encouragement to "keep going" so we did. We must have amended our proxy bid 3 /4 times. The staff remained supportive throughout and we eventually won. We cant thank Stephanie and Jessica enough for "holding our hand" throughout the process.

Professional Auction House
I recently made my first property purchase at an online auction. being a novice i had a lot of questions, i called the team three times, each time the call was answered quickly, and my questions answered with confidence and clarity. The registration process was easy, and the subsequent emails with links to the legal pack etc were easy to follow and a property viewing easily arranged. Our very first auction …
Getting everything in place before the auction seemed daunting , but everyone concerned were so helpful , don’t know why I worried ! I was on tel online for the auction and Ian was the person helping me and my daughter through it was very calm and considerate , despite it being late in the day and had been working for many hours! This was our first auction and were successful !

Efficient and Effective
Communication with Kate at BTG Eddisons was good throughout the process. She was prompt to the initial property assessment, explained the process well, organised a good number of viewings, was on hand to deal with queries, and made sure to keep me informed throughout the auction. The auction itself was professional and well conducted, resulting in a good outcome.

Caring Service from start to finish
Toby Limbrick was fantastic from way before start to finish. Communication was brilliant, advice sound, and we were delighted his valuation turned out to be conservative.
For FIVE years Toby was giving us advice, well before all our probate hurdles were crossed. He then recomended applying for Pre-App which I am convinced helped improve the final sale price.
The customer service from the whole team was just the best, heartly recomend Toby and the whole BTG Eddisons Team.

Auction House with a Heart
I have never experienced any kind of auction before and as this was my late parents' property I had a very strong emotional attachment to it. The kindness displayed by the Nottingham Branch has already been remarked upon in other reviews and I concur. The sales process was simple, far simpler than I imagened, the paperwork was easy to understand. This company really tries its best for you.

Professional, friendly, fast
Nottingham branch. Sam Rashid is brilliant! This was my first time selling at auction and with it being my late mother’s property, I found it somewhat emotional on top of the usual stress of selling a house. Sam is experienced and confident, professional yet personable, she explained everything clearly, kept me updated and was committed to getting the best possible offer; I really couldn’t have asked for anything more.
