A First-Class Experience
Having used a couple of auction houses previously, this was my first experience with BTG Eddisons, and they exceeded my expectations. Edward, Helen and Hannah were superb throughout, providing excellent customer care with professionalism, responsiveness and courtesy; genuinely helpful at every stage.
The entire process was smooth and pleasant from start to finish. I would have no hesitation in recommending BTG Eddisons, and I look forward to working with the team again in the future.

Great at the human side!
Great at the human side!
Erin and Katy the auction assistants were both so friendly in the pre auction and initial follow up calls. James was helpful, friendly and flexible for the house viewings. And then David was very fair, human and reasonable when negotiating the offer (I eventually bought post auction). Both sides got a great deal due to their strong focus on human relationships.

Excellent.
All the contacts I had with BTG were very professionally dealt with, including the after service, once the property was bought. They were very easy to deal with, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them whether buying or selling.

This is our first time putting a property in an auction. The service and advice we received from James and his staff were excellent from first appraisal to final auction day.
