This is our first time putting a property in an auction. The service and advice we received from James and his staff were excellent from first appraisal to final auction day. As such we were able to achieve a result far higher than we expected with no time wasting. Would definitely recommend their services to friends and families.

All the staff were very professional and helpful from start to finish. In particular Lucy Crapper who helped us through the whole process. She is extremely professional, clearly at the top of her game, and she achieved a price far better than we expected. She personally did all the viewings which we thought made a massive difference to help the sale go through. I would only ever use and recommend this Company in the future for this type of sale.

Fantastic Auctioneer
Richard at BTG Eddisons was fantastic. We worked together for the second time as Richards Co auctioneers and we were able to save our clients purchase and keep her fully informed during the whole experience. Richard was very knowledgeable, efficient and responsive and I would not hesitate in recommending him and his team.

This is the second property I've sold by auction and both with BTG. They go all out to secure a sale for you, this as well as the last one did not sell on the day. However, 24 hours later a buyer had been found, the effort they go to is commendable.
