Exploitative traders, be wary
No transparency in bidder information or history to cover up the trader bidding, which creates a false atmosphere of competition but in reality its a exploitative practice of getting genuine bidders to think the demand justifies a higher market value aswell as increasing revenue for the auctioneer, this practice needs to be stopped in order for true market valve sales to take place.

Friendly, efficient service
I was actually impressed by BTG Eddisons from the start. They were not the only agency I contacted, but proved the most efficient, amenable and reliable so they were quite an easy choice.
They continued to work through the process effectively, keeping me well informed of progress in the process throughout.
Scott Light in particular was always patient, friendly and helpful.

I was looked after very well
I was looked after very well. They understood I was nervous, that this was my first house sale and it was in the family since it was built in 1926. My mum was even born in the house. It was very hard to let it go. Carl and Margaret were particularly kind. I would definitely recommend this company.
If I had to find a fault Carl left the house unalarmed when he left but it was locked up.
The advice given for the sale of the property was spot on. 👌
