Auction House UK Reviews

Auction house did a great job selling my property in Nottingham. Such good communication from start to finish. Came to take photos of the property and the advert was up online the following day.

Still waiting for completion but everything has gone smoothly so far.

For anyone wanting a quick sale for whatever reason, highly recommend these guys.

Great communication throughout the whole process kept up to date with everything. Highly recommend thank you so much

Very good service from Leah, helped me through the national auction process which was quite confusing initally. Got me a decent fair price on the property also which I was happy with. Catherine also reasonable.

From the 1st meeting with Katie I felt comfortable to put the land sale in her hands. Everything was dealt with in a hassle free and timely manner with everything explained along the way. Many thanks

First class service Dayna was excellent in her professionalism. Very knowledgeable and always on the end of the phone. I wound definitely use again. Thank you Dayna

The property we purchased at auction via Auction House, was not possible to legally own after completion, so we were advised not to complete. We loose our fees and deposit, it’s now back for auction so someone else looses their fees and deposit when the seller snd Auction house now have full knowledge it’s not legally proceedable.

Excellent service, staff and communication

Kept informed at all stages, realistic expectations set, conversations on potential advanced bids meant we could make quick sensible decisions leading to a sale in advance of the auction, which suited us.

Great service from start to end. Lauren was absolutely brilliant and an asset to the company, highly recommend using.

We recently bought a large property with auction house, they are friendly informative and efficient. Everything was so straightforward with no hidden fees or anything untoward (it was our first time buying an auction property so I was a little nervous). It was so efficient that within 3 weeks we had the keys and the whole process was complete! Thanks Auction house

From the start, Philippa was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process of buying our first home in the UK. She was prompt at answering questions and helped us feel comfortable about our decision, easing concerns along the way. Marcus was another huge help and support. We highly recommend this dynamic duo!! Thank you so much, Philippa and Marcus!!

Great experience from start to finish. Communication via phone and email was virtually immediate which meant the whole process flowed very smoothly. In this day and age to be able to have a person who picked up phone, or responded personally to emails was very refreshing.

This was the first time I had sold a house at Auction and the process was explained to me in a very clear, concise manner, so that I totally understood after one phone call.
Sophie kept me informed throughout.
The initial call was on a Monday, I agreed to put the property up for auction on the Tuesday and Sophie had uploaded the property details and they were live on the Thursday and within a month the property had sold.

Had several speakers with lots of good content, covering topics from A I, commercial conversions, tax&accountancy and experienced investors. Look forward to the next one

Great Event really really insightful and helpful, great to meet everyone for the first time as well.

Such any easy way to sell a property and the staff were so helpful throughout the whole process which has made it stress free thankyou

Very easy friendly to work with

Terrible service: a visit to their website to view one of their listings results in a torrent of nuisance emails pestering me to progress my enquiry which is very worrying. When one contacts them by messenger about it, they just send an auto-reply. When one contacts them by email about it, they just ignore you. It's not a very personal, or professional, service.
19/08/26 - Update- further to their reply, I have contacted them (after 3 weeks I hope third time lucky !) to ask for an explanation regarding the unsolicited emails: I shall post a further update when/if I have one.

Open and transparent from day one. Very attentive service. Clear communication and practical, honest advice. I mainly dealt with Jenny who really knows her job and was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Helpful along with a top information given, very efficient.
