I have been ordering from Health Supplies Plus and their service has been second to none. On the one occasion when I didn't receive my order, I called and a second one was sent to me immediately. Their product line doesn't disappoint.

We made specific instructions to your carrier and on the shipping label after you first reported to us that they delivered to the incorrect unit number. Both times we entered your exact shipping address as given to us by you, including the correct unit number. We sincerely understand and share your frustration as we also have almost no control if a local carrier does not deliver to the correct address/unit provided to them. We hope that this is an instance of human error by a driver and in the future it will be resolved or we can try another carrier where possible. Hi Dr. Nandakumar, we do apologize for your experience. Your original order placed on Oct 9th was not delivered by the courier which unfortunately we were not made aware of until you contacted us on Oct 24th. We then issued a new replacement order on the same day, which was then shipped on Oct 25th and delivered on Oct 27th. This was not the same order initially placed that you received, it was the replacement that we sent out for you. Unfortunately we were unable to help you sooner, as we were not alerted by you until the 24th that you had not received your order. Most orders will arrive within 5-7 days of being shipped, so in the future we advise you to track your order with the shipping information sent out via email when your order initially ships. If there is ever any issue we are always happy to help and offer a delivery guarantee, but we just need to be informed there is an issue, otherwise we will not know. Thank you.

Authentic products and exceptional customer service
I can't say enough good things about Health Supplies Plus! This company goes above and beyond to provide authentic products and exceptional customer service. I have never had anything but an excellent experience when ordering from them.
Recently, my last order was held up in customs. Without even waiting for me to ask, Health Supplies Plus immediately jumped into action. They quickly sent a replacement order so I didn't have to wait for the delayed shipment. It's this kind of commitment to customers that has earned my loyalty.
Health Supplies Plus is my preferred supplier. I always know that I will receive genuine products in a timely manner. And if there are any problems, I'm sure the top-notch customer service will handle them quickly.

Received product in timely manner and less expensive than competitor but did not send shipping info as I was told would happen. Medication that needed to be refrigerated was sitting on doorstep when I arrived home from work and ice packs were completely warm and defrosted.
