My shipments are not sent out in a timely manner. When calling there is no resolution. my april 7 order became stuck in customs. and a replacement was not sent out for 10 days. I had to reschedule because the replacement order was not received for 5 days. My current order was placed 6 days ago and still has not shipped. this company has become very unreliable

Hi Dr. Flagel, we are sorry to have let you down and take full responsibility for the inconvenience caused. We do aim to ship all orders in 1-3 business days but some closures recently caused these delays. Just to help clarify why this happened, Re: your replacement for your order placed on April 6th (shipped on April 7th), we were only informed that it was lost on April 14th and immediately processed the replacement. As this was a Friday, the replacement could only ship when warehouses reopened on the Monday 17th so this was done under regular procedure. Our warehouses were then closed from April 18th-April 27th due to international religious holidays. I'm sorry if this was not communicated efficiently to you, but this is why your order from April 24th was not shipped until April 27th. Your most recent order from April 26th was shipped this morning (May 2nd), it would have shipped yesterday (within 3 business days) however May 1st was international worker's day/labour day holiday for most of our warehouses. We are back to operating at full capacity now and we do hope that you'll change your mind and update your review one day when we prove our reliability to you again. Thanks so much for your time.
