Paid for a unfulfilled order
After 3 weeks of waiting for delivery , I contacted the supplier.
The product was reordered and my deliver arrived one month after my original payment . There were no updates, explanations about my order.
I was never contacted or notified that my order would not arrive and there were no concessions , rebates for this purchase.
As a long standing customer, I expect better treatment about missing and delayed shipments.

Kindly note that for all orders, parcel tracking information is emailed to you and is accessible online for each order. We do suggest that clients use this information to track the status of their order daily, so that any issues that may rise with delivery can be swiftly noticed. Your original order was shipped out one day after it was placed, and unfortunately was not delivered by the courier as you mentioned. As per our delivery guarantee, any products that are not delivered will be replaced at no cost to you, as was the case with this order. The replacement for the undelivered order was processed as soon as you informed us, at no cost and was later delivered, so we would respectfully disagree with the title of this review, that an order that was paid for was unfulfilled. We do understand there are lapses in the postal service and unfortunately we don't have control in situations like these. In the future if you do need help with an order, feel free to contact us at anytime you might have a concern as we are more than happy to help! Take care :)

I wanted double ice packs on my Dysport…
I wanted double ice packs on my Dysport order, I am in Texas and gets to 100 F regularly. I didn’t get the message through before it was shipped. The package was cool, but I think it would have been a lower temperature on arrival with double ice packs.

Will replace problems with orders
Recently placed an order, and had issues with delivery (never received). The company re-shipped the order at no charge, which I just received. It took a little longer but I am happy that they took care of my issue with no additional expense.

I ordered a few products for out clinic…
I ordered a few products for out clinic with hopes it will arrive in a couple of weeks. To my amusement it has arrived in less then a week from different location in the world, all perfectly packed, on ice which was not even melted and in great condition! Did I mention that prices were better then anywhere else I checked?
