If I could give zero stars I would. Website says 14-21 days…absolute joke. They also don’t answer their emails. Over 2 month wait so far

Awful company ordered my jacket 1st December still not here!! Have been told I can't have a refund and they can't escalate to managers. Now ignoring my emails! Complete scammers

Absolutely disgusting service ! Still not received my order which was placed back in January. They have began ignoring my emails, when they did reply a couple of months back they didn’t give me a reason or a date to expect my order just that they are running behind. It no excuse taking peoples money and not receiving the order is terrible! I will never order from this company again

Ordered 6th December 2023 and still not received my jacket. Was told 21 day for delivery. Various emails was told they running slightly behind now 4 months later ignoring my emails and no jacket

Ordered in November for a Christmas present and nothing arrived. I was told my order would be here for February and I couldnt have a refund. I have been emailing but they wont even reply to me now. What do I do now???
Very frustrated and disappointed.

Order didn't arrive within the 14-21 day turnaround promised more like 100 odd days, when chasing up there is no costume service at all and going round in circles with the people that work there as they don't give an answer and when they do it's not straightforward.
the garments arrived and the stitching quality is poor and when raised with the staff, they could not of been more unhelpful.

Placed an order on 27th December 2023 we now on 31st of march 2024 and still no order, despite the webiste saying 14 to 21 days delivery. I have been sending emails only to be told the exact same thing every time "they have not got an update yet" will not give me a refund either as it is a personalised item. How on earth are they getting away with taking people's hard earned money and not sending out the items. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER.

Ordered at the start of December, the website says 14-21 working days, 4 months on and still no item. I have sent multiple emails and keep been told they can’t give me an update as it’s still in production. I was then given an estimated dispatch date in February which was a lie. Do not buy from here get on eBay!!!

Ordered a cardigan and fleece in November to keep me warm over winter. Items still not received and it’ll soon be summer!!!
Advised I can’t cancel as it’s a personalised item, though given it’s not been made unsure why exactly.

Ordered mine on the 27th November 2023. Until now I'm still waiting. Been emailing them to get a refund but they said they can't refund my money. I should read the reviews first before ordering. I should give "0" rating. It's only a fleece yet there's a problem.

If i could give no stars i would 100% be doing so! i ordered back in august 2023 and its now March 2024, with emails back and forth for updates. yet here we are with no order, and constant excuses. what and absolute joke of a company!!!!

Absolutely awful experience, still not received order 5 months later, no response to emails, no other way of contacting them, would like a refund but don’t think that’s going to happen.
Spent £60 !! To receive nothing absolute shocking. This company needs to be investigated holding customers hard earned money to not receive orders. Shocking really is ! Dont order for them !!!!!!!!

I ordered in November and I still have not gotten anything about my order. I needed it for winter but it is now spring and I would like to cancel my order and have my money back.
I have been cold all winter while being in my placement and going from place to place. I was told my order will be arriving within a month but this is ridiculous. I will not be buying anything from this website again. I do not advise this place and I’ve waited almost 5 months. I would give a 0 stars if I could!

This company takes a long time to send of the items. I have ordered on the 16/11/2023 and received the same emails about it being delayed. I have contacted them by email and phone many times and got the same responses. When I have reported them to my bank the item came the next day, so I would recommend doing that. The order has been delivered on the 07/03/2024.

I would give Zero stars if I could. Ordered back in October 2023 & still not received my fleece jackets.
Don’t order from this company unless you are prepared to wait months.

I ordered a fleece on 28-09-2023 and today is 21-03-2024 and still no sign of the fleece or even a dispatch date despite multiple emails to customer service. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. I have asked for a refund repeatedly and been denied as it a personalised item despite it not being produced.
Update: received in May and the item itself is really good quality just a shame about the timing.

I ordered my fleece on 2nd of February 2024 and have not yet received it and I keep being told delay and that there is no refund policy.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Order placed in October, still not delivered and we’re nearly in April! Avoid this company like the plague! It’s a con
