absolutely gobsmacked and can only laugh as Ive read the countless reviews identical to my experience. Ordered on 8th of January so I'm really at the back of the line by the sounds of it. Company is a joke, wish id read the reviews beforehand but hey thought it was a trusted healthcare website. They've recycled the same email to us all about the bs customisation and so cant refund, my bank is currently investigating my purchase as they're refusing to refund and refusing to provide tracking details. Doing this to NHS workers is the real cherry on the top though

Absolutely DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! It is a scam, I ordered nearly 2 months ago and have still not received my item. When contacting them they cannot provide any timescale for dispatch and will not refund due to personalisation. Disgrace to be ripping off NHS workers and from all of the reviews on here it’s clear it is widespread.

This company is a big time joke..wish I had read all of these reviews as they are really really appalling for company that represents and design NHS and health workers work wear. What a sham of a company.. I ordered since October and it is yet to be delivered and there is nothing said about it, asked for refund and I get replied a message full of garbage. BE WARNED!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PAGE. THEY ARE UNSERIOUS AND UNRELIABLE!!!

Ordered a fleece 5 months ago have been told numerous delivery dates and yet still no delivery. I have requested a refund but have been refused. The service and communication is appalling, taking money for a product which I have never received is disgusting! Complete waste of money!!

Do not place an order with this company!! I placed my order last august! I have been waiting 6 months and still no sign of it being dispatched. I have emailed every month asking for a refund and they refuse to give one! Absolute joke of a company.

Do not order from this website. Ordered an item in OCTOBER and it still hasn’t arrived. Emailed multiple times and was made false promises that they were ‘trying their hardest’ to get my order dispatched. Still haven’t received my order and are denying me a refund! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING

I made an order in November expecting it as an xmas gift as the website clearly states around 30 days delivery. It is now February and no delivery or dispatch email. The company community is terrible and I think the site is a scam. Will be reporting to the bank as Freud

Terrible customer service. My order was supposed to deliver in early December but it has been more than 2 months, still not delivered.

WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. WAS NOT GIVEN UPDATES ON MY ORDER AND I HAR TO DRAG INFORMATION FROM THEM AND WHEN I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER HE COULDN'T CARE LESS. NO APOLOGIES GIVEN AT ALL.

Absolutely shocking service - not received a order that was ordereed in November , if you cant keep up with orders stop taking them !! will be writing to back to report fraud

Absolutely dreadful customer service! Ordered in November ‘23 & 3 months later and still haven’t received my order. Keep shifting the despatch date and even after multiple emails and a phone call to Amy, I don’t anticipate getting this order any time soon! My daughter ordered previously and had no problems hence why I put another order in. Will never use this company again! Since I sent a letter and raised this complaint with my bank, the following day I have received an email confirming completion of order and I should receive my order in the next 24 hours, next day delivery. We will see! **UPDATE** I have received my order, whilst I am happy and satisfied it’s just a shame it’s taken 37 emails and a letter and the bank registered a dispute with the retailer before I received this order.

Do not buy from this company. Ordered on 18/10/23 still not received going into February 24. Terrible customer service. They say can’t cancel any personalised orders as orders have first name on. They havent started doing it yet clearly and it’s a 3 letter name. I want to cancel as all winter will be gone soon and won’t need a fleece!!! Terrible terrible company. Extremely poor customer service. I wouldn’t use again. Seriously considering contacting my bank and reporting fraud. It isn’t arriving clearly.

Never written a review before, but feel compelled to do so. Shocking turn around times. Placed order over two months ago and still no update. Requested refund and denied. Would NOT recommend.

I placed my order 16/11/2023, I have not received anything as of yet (30/01/2024) it said when I ordered my zoodie 2 weeks dispatch, I contacted them 3 weeks after I ordered and I had a reply saying they were unable to give me an update. 8 weeks after placing my order, I asked for a refund only to be told they do not accept refunds!
I am currently in the process of getting a refund from my bank. I genuinely think this is a scam website and I am also in the process of reporting this company.

Please DO NOT BUY.

They have taken £30 and I doubt I will get anything back.
It’s not worth it, I’ve reported them to trade and standards - Do NOT BUY.
If you’ve had the same problem, report them, it’s a scam company that will send a few just for feedback but the vast majority they won’t send out

I’ve placed an order in September 2023, still hasn’t been shipped. I’ve sent several emails, which their reply is that it would take another 21 days to send it out. It’s been over 4 months and I’m still waiting for it. They also don’t offer any refund, which is totally unacceptable.

Do not order from this site they do not deliver just take your money. When you do chase the girl that answers the phone isn’t interested. Will be calling at the Blackpool address given on website and informing gazette and trading standards

Ordered two items on the 2/10/23 chased up numerous times, refused a refund. Same generic email sent back to me every time. How are they still taking more orders if they cannot for fill the ones they already have. DODGE this company, honestly the worst!!

I wish i read the reviews here before, its been more than 2 months since i placed my order/ just one fleece jacket.
I have not recieved my item yet, and not sure when its going to be dispatched.
I kept emailing them many times and all i get back from them is apologies and a promise that 'SOON' i will be updated about the dispatch date !

I requested a refund and they are not issuing one as what i ordered is a personalised item !!
they are lairs and unprofessional at all !

Ghosted my email for about 2 weeks and when that AMY COUSINS replied all she can say do is apologise BUT CANT EVEN TELL ME WHEN THEY CAN DELIVER!!!! This is a ridiculous company!!!!!!!!!!!! TRIED TO CANCEL AND refund but she said bespoke items are not included on Consumer Rights Act!!!!
