Took money out my account and never delivered my subscription box. This happened on two occasions. The amount of meat sent is never correct. I’m glad I’ve cancelled as it’s been nothing but a headache dealing with them.

Big family summer gathering, large food order made to HHO giving plenty advanced notice and paid in full. The day before the party and get an email that they cannot fulfil the order. even worse, food did not show up at all! 3 days later, after all family left, food turns up although had not been refrigerated so all food was spoiled. HHO customer service took no responsibility and blamed the local courier. No refund offerred so still chasing for a resolution. Very disappointed.

Appalling marinaded meat, looks nothing like the photos, very little marinade and tastes awful. Have tried a few of the marinaded products they are an absolute disgrace

Had an issue with my delivery recently. Some packaging had burst in transit and some of the contents spoiled. I wasn’t happy with the quality of some of the items either. To their credit they contacted me and resolved the issue swiftly and to my full satisfaction. I can’t complain and would recommend them and use them again.

I made an order to be delivered on 31mar, for Ramadan period. It was delivered to the wrong adress on 12apr even though I had sent them an email with the correct adress about two weeks before. Being ill I had to go out in search of my parcel. After checking it I noticed there were some items missing. I have got them today on 5may ... And the order was supposed to have been delivered on 31 mar!!!! Compensation? A small box of beef sausages in the first delivery on 12 apr. Nothing as compensation in the box received today for the missing items , one month and 5 days later after its expected delivery. Not even an apology! Worst customer service ever!

I ordered Two whole legs of mutton, and paid for them, I got two small packet of chopped meat that was not even half a leg. Phone lines are fictional and so are email addressed, save you money and find a better butcher

I had been with this company since maybe 2017, I think my wife saw it on a blog or something and we decided to try it and eveytime they were late, we didn't mind because the quality was good, then It all changed. Packaging has become worse, as well as quality, and when we asked why we weren't seeing the discounted price being applied when they kept on promising us every time it was late, they said, "what discount"?
That did it for me.

Shouldn’t deserve 1star. They took of my money twice from 15 Feb and 01 Mar and still have not received email confirmation and my orders delivery. These were my subscription service, so i cancelled it today. The telephone isnt in service and emails were not responding. So irresponsible and very poor service.

One star is too much. Didn't even ship my order then tried to blame us. Amira Qureshi was so Rude and disrespectful. Will not order from here again and don't recommend anyone else doing so. Plenty of other halal quality meat sites we usually use but due to few delays we had to use healthy halal. Not again.

I used them before and I couldn’t fault them, I have ordered few things with a turkey leg and guess what, I got the delivery without the turkey leg, no explanation and no refund m, sent them emails but didn’t get any replies, AVOID AVOID AND AVOID they are not trustworthy

Avoid! They advertise their meat as fresh but it's not fresh, it arrived half frozen and halt melted. I requested a return almost immediately which they refused even though I sent them a video with proof! They don't want to admit the meat was frozen. Terrible shop, terrible customer service.

Almost 2 years since ordering exclusively from them and I was not once let down by the quality of the products or service. I order over £100 every time. It does not compare to local butchers. I always make sure someone is at home on delivery day so the meat doesn't stay 1 more minute outside.

One of my orders was SPICY BEEF SUCUK.if you read before ordering it says %100 beef sucuk. But i recieved chicken sucuk...

Ordered meat only 4 out of 6 arrived, yeds it is a fake number on their website and they do not reply to emails. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I have ordered regularly from this company for well over a year now and have always had a good experience. The meat is perfect - beautifully fresh - and arrives well packaged and cold!! It tastes delicious - !
Compared to many other Online halal meat sites, I have found Healthy Halal to be very budget friendly.

I ordered from healthy halal on line an order which arrived without my sausages in it.I contacted them they said it was missed from my order because they had a trainee who mistakenly left it out.Itold them it was there responsibility.They refused to accept it was there responsibility and make a goodwill gesture.They are totally unable to contact by phone ,and only by email at there leisure.

I placed an order with this company for the first time, I was asked during checkout if I were not at home for the delivery, where would I like it leaving, my reply on the form was with my neighbour.
Now the order arrived on Thursday 13th May, I had to take my car back to the dealer for a safety recall, as I was not at home I felt relaxed knowing the parcel was going to my neighbour, now this day just happened to be one of the hottest days we have had for a while.
When I arrived back home later that afternoon I was surprised to find the order had been left on my doorstep in the heat of the day, I was fuming this had gone against my instructions upon opening the box I found the meat was warm with bags of warm liquid covering it not a bag of ice anywhere, it had all melted, I immediately rang the company to hear a recording telling me they were only open between 0900 and 1200 daily.
Friday morning dead on 0900hrs I rang again after negotiating press one etc, I held on awaiting an advisor no one answered instead it went on to say I could send an email and they would respond immediately.
First email sent waited a day no response, second email sent still no response we are now on Monday 17th May and I have not heard a word the meat went in the bin as it could not be served due to the way it had been left on the doorstep, I spoke with the courier company DPD, they stated the safe place location had not been passed on to them, this is clearly the fault of healthy halal, who clearly cannot follow instructions and have no care or consideration for the customer, they are ignorant and do not deserve anyone’s custom, I will now be contacting my payment issuer to see about getting the money back which I paid as Healthy Halal have no interest in resolving this matter, I urge anyone considering purchasing from this company to think twice before parting with your money, there are other companies more deserving of your business, companies who appreciate customers.

Easy to use website with a great selection of halal products.

Delivery days can be booked at point of order and the courier is in contact on the day of delivery.

Package comes cooled to keep products fresh which is obviously very important when it comes to meats.

The products themselves have all been fantastic! It’s great to have access to quality halal steak to cook at home!

Avoid ordering from here and try other reliable sources or even find a local halal butchers. I ordered 2 things from here and only got one item and they charged £5 for delivery. & the item I received had hair in it, I was so grossed out. Waste of money!!!! I emailed them to give my delivery fee back as they had not completed my full order, they didnt even bother responding.
