The first order I received the first time it was very spicy for me so I cancel the next order. I sent you email canceling my order but you never respond back to me and you send me another shipment this month of course it was too heavy for me to send it back and I didn't have the money to do that and I didn't know if you were refunded back to me I'm even having my Capital One reach out for you so you can stop sending me any more orders cancel my card and cancel my subscription this is the third time I tell you I even send you another email and you still haven't answered me very bad business never again..

My steaks were delivered by FedEx to wrong address. True meats, when i called upset, re sent me the order with no charge. Have never seen customer service, ANYWHERE, handle the problem in less than 24 hrs and support customer happiness! Could not be more impressed!

I ordered the NY strip steaks special that they advertised, and I love NY strips.. so far I have opend 3 of the packages and they are not even remotely a NY Stip. They are just chunks of beef that have been cooked and sealed in bags.. no taste to them at all... very disappointed!!!!!

I tried heating it exactly as specified, then on a grill, but it tasted odd, like it had been boiled or such. I doubt I would order again, and hope the other steak I purchased turns out better.

This is by far the highest quality food Ive ordered from a prepared meal company. Fortunately, fortunately the prices are very reasonable. The brisket, ribye, pulled pork, and wings are my favorites here. Id HIGHLY recommend it to those looking for tasty, cooked, seasoned meats. Just heat on the stove, pick a side dish, and done. If thats not enough, the customer service at TNM is A+. They reply quickly and work hard for you to get your orders. Very nice and professional people who stand by their business. So glad I found them.

True Nature meats are delicious.
It works for me because I’m not a vegetable eater, so other meal plans wouldn’t work for me. Meal prep is quick and once I have my sides ready, I pop the meat in the pan and it’s done in no time. I used to eat junk (hot dogs, sandwiches) but now I have meals — and delicious ones at that!!

Please be aware that you'll get a confirmation email that shows the order having been paid, but not to worry; you haven't been charged for anything. Order is completely free and on us for the mistake.
