Our son returned from Ireland the day before and had terrible pain, when attempting to clear his ears, on the plane's ascent and descent. We contacted our local branch of Hear4U in Leicester and they saw our son the following morning.
Their care was professional and efficient. Our son had impacted earwax in both ear canals and the staff member was able to successfully clear both our son's ear canals and confirm no damage to his eardrums.
They further gave advice about what over-the-counter and POV medications our son could take to avoid a similar incident.

Thoroughly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Fantastic service, attentive staff. Gentle, professional treatment. I had microsuction for wax removal as I had a cold and it was safer than irrigation. It was comfortable and fast. Wonderful to be able to hear again after a month of not being able to. Staff gave clear instructions on aftercare.

Had my annual hearing aid service with Sukaina and she exemplified why I go to Hear4U. She was friendly and very knowledgeable and gave me a thorough review explaining everything as she went along. I felt very comfortable and confident in her abilities. At the end I cam away with my hearing aids serviced and tuned to my changed needs, as my hearing had degraded slightly. This also included making sure they were fittung well. She also picked up a possible problem which she has referred to the NHS for further investigation.

I saw Cath for the 1st time and was very pleased with her grasp of me problems with the hearing aids.
She carried out the necessary adjustments explaining the progress.
I'm now going to give them a full try this evening.

I was seen on time (no waiting)the staff are very friendly and helpful. The procedure was explained to me by Roger and everything was done very professionally and it’s no problem to come here.

Yet again another satisfactory visit to Hear 4U in Leicester. As always the treatment was prompt and very reassuring. I have tried other providers closer to my home In Derby but none have been as good so I will continue to make the journey to Leicester.

Please Avoid - the service they offer via home visit, is available at almost half the price, from a dozen local professional services. When we found out they had charged my 85yr old dad double the rate, we tried to cancel in advance days BEFORE the appointment but they refused & wouldn't cancel or refund :-(

Very professional and the treatment was effective

My hearing in one ear stopped suddenly and that was a day before the weekend! Called at 9am - seen at 1pm, and hearing painlessly restored very quickly. Definitely recommend for a service that is so personal and important. Sudden loss of hearing is very debilitating and the Hear4U staff have skill, sympathy and professionalism.

Really simple to book a next day appointment. very friendly staff and painless removal of ear wax. Highly recommend.

Plenty of street parking Very polite staff and nice clean premises.

Couldn’t fault the service as my ear was clear when I left the premises and I can actually hear in stereo now instead of mono 😆😆😆
