I contacted Heart Internet support for help updating the PHP version on our WordPress site. The support was excellent throughout.
Scott responded quickly, identified the cause of the initial problem and made the necessary changes to get the site running correctly on PHP 8.3. As further issues appeared in the WordPress Site Health report, he dealt with each one promptly and professionally, enabling the required modules and making further tweaks that resolved the problems.
The turnaround was very quick, the explanations were clear, and everything was handled efficiently from start to finish.
Excellent technical support and a very positive experience. Highly recommended.
