Really quick to resolve an issue.

I’ve been hosting with them for several years and recently needed help downgrading my hosting package. The process involved a few technical steps, including a domain change and restoring the website before the downgrade could be completed.

Support handled everything nicely, explained the steps clearly, and kept me updated throughout. The transition to the lower package was completed smoothly with no issues.

Overall, reliable service and solid support when needed.

I am quite pleased with the service from HostPresto. Their customer service team is exceptional—they actually took the time to listen to our issue/problem and executed the right actions in a very timely manner. Most importantly, it’s clear they really know what they are doing. Having a web host with such a knowledgeable support team gives me great peace of mind. Highly recommended!

An issue occurred with our email that was dealt with very quickly, resulting in everything getting back to normal working order in a short time. Support staff were very good at diagnosing and resolving the problem.

Having a technical issue that I couldn't find the answer to. In the past other host providers have basically said 'tough luck' (I won't name them) but we returned a few years ago to HostPresto and have never looked back. When we have a problem we don't understand or can't find how to fix they go out of their way to assist. A great company with servers that, we find, work incredibly well for our needs.

I have used HostPresto for many years and I have always received excellent service in all respects. I recently had to rebuild my website from scratch after a computer crash. The knowledgeable staff at HostPresto responded promptly and patiently to resolve the problems I encountered in uploading the new site.

Really quick and helpful responses from HostPresto! when I had a problem receiving e-mails from a particular sender.
It turned out that the issue was with the setup on the sender's system, not a problem at HostPresto!

I was recommended these guys a while back, took a leap of faith and never looked back, I have never been let down, they are always on point and get the job done. And reasonably priced for the quality of service!

I have just joined Hostpresto having heard them mentioned to me by someone recently. I've dealt with so many hosts over the years but Hostpresto really stand out. I was migrating my entire cPanel account over to them and they hit a few snags (not their fault though) but they kept me updated regularly - even on a Sunday - and fixed the issue for me. From the outset I can tell that they're friendly and they're reliable. They're also reasonable when it comes to the cost - and their online portals are very user friendly.

One geeky thing I love about them which I haven't found elsewhere with shared hosting, is the ability to select a different PHP version for each domain under one hosting account - this is a game changer for me!
