I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding the issues I've experienced with the Heathrow drop-off service. Despite making online payments, I have received letters stating that payment was not made, and I've been incorrectly charged twice.
I request that you investigate this matter urgently and rectify the issue with your system. It is unacceptable that a leading international airport's service is failing to recognise payments, causing unnecessary distress to drivers
