Heena's Kitchen Curry Reviews 

My now wife and I, had a highly disappointing experience with Heena’s Creative Caterers and cannot recommend them to couples planning their wedding.

We wanted an Indian / Afro Caribbean menu and decided to choose Heena’s Creative Caterers, who had experience in mixed weddings. The issues began early with incredibly poor communication. Getting replies to basic WhatsApp messages regarding menu options and scheduling took weeks, forcing us to constantly follow up just to secure a tasting date.

Unfortunately, the food at the tasting was below expectations and completely unrepresentative of what we had asked for. The overall execution felt rushed and careless. When we politely raised these concerns about the food quality, our feedback was met with a dismissive attitude rather than a willingness to adjust.

Planning a wedding is stressful enough without having to chase down your vendors or worry about serving substandard food to your guests.

After Heena completely ignored us, we decided to walk away and find a caterer who not only values both communication and culinary quality but were also able to provide what Heena Creative Caterers couldn’t for us. A simple communication from Heena, explaining that she could not meet our needs would have been gratefully received.

It's truly wonderful to see her journey from making deliveries to friends to establishing a full-fledged business catering to the larger community. Her curries are a must-try for a Friday night takeaway, PTA quiz night, or even a corporate gathering. The food received rave reviews, and the line for seconds was enormous! Heena dedicated herself entirely to ensuring our event was perfect, and I find that invaluable.

Heena's Kitchen catered for our wedding and helped create one of our most magical nights. After postponing on 3 occasions, Heena was very patience and understanding. Given the extremely busy period, she still made time for us and made sure we were happy leading up to the big day.

Heena and her team arrived on time to set up their kitchen, and the staff were very friendly and approachable. We had a lot of compliments on her canapés as they made sure all our guests got to try each of the 6 canapés on offer.

I have told Heena from the day we went for the food tasting.. Her lamb curry is the best I have ever had. They made sure all our guests were fed with second helpings and we even had enough food to eat the next day.

Finally, her desserts Chocolate Chai mousse and Gulab Jamun Cheesecake were 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
We liked them so much that we ordered extra desserts for another event.

Absolutely yum! Will definitely come back when I'm in Hounslow.

We were so thrilled we had chosen Heena's Kitchen for our birthdays party. The food was outstanding. Delicious contemporary Indian food in the form of canapes and bowl food. Heavenly tuna poke on cucumber, through to mini hibiscus cheesecake. Flavours of chilli, lime, cardamom, mango. And Heena could not have been more accommodating to our requests. A great team who work really well together. I could not recommend them enough.

Lovely fresh curries and excellent customer service.

Tasty curry not greasey or oilly. A little bland spice wise but perhaps that's what most people prefer. Generous servings as our order for two people stretched easily for kids too.

We had the most amazing curry for 10 people from Heena's Kitchen Curry. Fresh and tasty and plenty of it! And accompanied by all the trimmings! It made hosting a dinner party easy and everyone was most complimentary. It was delivered on time and I can honestly say that I will always chose Heena for my Indian takeaway in the future.

Easy clear instructions. Nicely presented and lovely ingredients. Delicious curry!

Really happy with the food we received. Full of flavour and not greasy. Only issue was paying without using PayPal- I was unable to enter my card details as the link did not seem to work and had to use my partner's PayPal account.

we had a fabulous meal from Heena and will make it a regular thing from now on.

I totally love how she's grown from local deliveries to friends to a highly professional business serving the wider community. I would highly recommend getting her curries for a friday night take away, for your PTA quiz night or a corporate event. Everyone commented on how delicious the food was and the queue for seconds was massive! Heena gave our night her full attention and I value that as priceless.

Heena was very attentive and easy to communicate with to set up catering arrangements for a 60th party for 60 people. She arrived on time, food was delicious and kitchen left clean and tidy. She overcaterred but no complaints about that! I was satisfied by value for money too. Only area to improve would be serving staff who were perhaps less experienced and confident at serving canapé style for starters. I am happy to recommend Heena.

My husband is Indian & is always looking for real Indian cooking. When we 1st started ordering the food was great. My husband said the chicken curry was the best he had ever tasted. However recently the standard seems to have dropped - the flavour is just not there anymore. Lack of salt, lack of spices or something. It's quite expensive but we were willing to pay because the food was so good. But not anymore.
There's also a lack of variety in what's on offer. And not being able to choose what you want as a side dish is not good.
Plus there's too much salad!
However the samosas are fantastic

1:1 lesson, lots of different dishes. Great present.

We've been having Heena's curry for the last couple of years and cannot fault it. The food is delicious & certainly wins my vote over a take away. Well done Heena!
