From start to finish the service I have had from Rick at HADO has been unbelievable. I received a call from him right after placing my order to let me know about timing on delivery. He has been responding immediately to one or two questions I had.
I would 100% recommend buying from these guys...... Oh...and did I mention my desk is absolutely fantastic!

I went with the Silver Cable Spine & Cable Tray so all wires hidden . I will take a few pictures & send to Rick @Hado. I was working for a few hours yesterday if you are standing. I would recommend, Anti Fatigue Mat !!

Even in this Pandemic world we find ourselves in, Hado still delivered the desk within 48 hours of ordering online.

I can't fault them. Would have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

A great quality electronic standing desk that works fantastically; changed how I work significantly, which is very welcomed! Also, the best customer service I can honestly say I’ve had the pleasure of receiving. With a slight error in the delivery, the speed of the replacement and the service I got was amazing. Nothing but praise for this company, and would strongly recommend the products.

I bought a HD1 desk from Rick and the team at HADO after being irked by IKEA's apparent inability to supply one to my home address. After reviewing the options on the site and checking whether the options would work with my budget, I decided to pick up the phone and call the company. To my surprise, Rick himself picked up the phone and immediately set about having what was one of the nicest conversations I have had in a long while around a potential purchase.

I had some questions for Rick which were all answered professionally whilst still casually enough where I felt as though we were already great friends - I simply cannot express what excellent service I received. He even took the time to call me back after reviewing the questions I had to give me more information and ensure that I would purchase with the best possible oversight.

Upon ending the call, I spent a little more time deliberating before making the call to purchase the desk that very evening to which Rick sent a lovely email to thank me personally - something I've not experienced with any other company but really made me feel valued. Once the product arrived, it was apparent a minor part had been damaged in transit and once Rick got wind of this, called me immediately apologising profusely (for an issue that hadn't even been caused by him!) and had already shipped the relevant item out to be delivered as soon as possible.

I have since got the desk in working order and am enjoying the novelty of being able to raise and lower it at will and work in a manner that is far more comfortable. I am always reluctant to give a five star review, if leave a review at all, but Rick and his team at HADO are a shining beacon of customer service, excellent products and all round just delightful to deal with. Should I need anything else in this line of products, I will not hesitate to buy from them again.

I ordered one desk a couple of months ago was very impressed with how straightforward the instructions to build it were and how solid the desk is. The 1600x800 sized desk is ideal for 2 people to work side by side on (one home working, the other home schooling), and the height adjustment is in regular use.

I bought a second, smaller desk (1400x700) for myself to work at independently. Although the motor in one of the legs was faulty and cause the desk not to work, this was quickly and efficiently addressed by HADO sending a new leg within a couple of days. Problem solved, and the broken leg will be collected in 2 days time.

I have recommended HADO to colleagues, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to you. Great product, great service.

Bought the HD1 after scouring the internet for the right size desk that I wanted and came across HADO. The delivery process was quick and the desk is solid - nothing budges when I rise or lower it!
Would recommend an electric screwdriver with allan key unless you're basic like me but all the bits are provided for manual labour. Clear instructions provided and a Youtube video too! Great stuff guys thank you! I'm very happy with my desk!

Delivery was as agreed, instruction were simple to follow.

Picked HADO as it was the only motorised desk I could find with a painted wood finish... it’s quite expensive compared to other options on Amazon but it does feel pretty solid... Assembly is easy if you have an electric screwdriver with Allen key bit.

Found HADO through a Google search and as I read more the reviews were superb. I found one other supplier with a similar range of options and colours but HADO were the strongest. Customer service contact was great - YouTube instruction videos a great idea - much more helpful than leaflets. More importantly the build quality is superb - am very happy. Highly recommend.

High quality desk.
Arrived in less under 48 hours.
Very stable and adjusts easily smooth motors.
Very impressed and have already had a week of standing and sitting - has a made a big difference to working from home and my back feels great. The adjustable height has also helped when I am sitting as I now have the desk higher than a normal desk which has also made a big difference.

The HD1 desk is great, works well and has a nice finish on it although the service received was a mixture of good and bad.

Good
+Desk and any replacement parts sent out very quickly (love a 24 hr delivery!)
+The team are VERY responsive on the online chat and are seemingly poised and at the ready as soon as you press enter to send a message!
+Very understanding when I had some issues with parts, sent out new parts immediately and arranged collection of the old parts.
+Sending the free top samples was a great idea, it really helped me match it with my other furniture!

Bad:
-There was a problem with the warehouse so they sent the wrong colour frame initially and this was not easy to lug around since it is 30kg!
-The package comes with alan keys to do some bolts although at some point you need to fit the computer/controller which requires either a drill with screw bits or a screwdriver and a very strong hand! This was not mentioned in the product description.
-When the description and other reviews say it is "simple" to put together, it is misleading as this suggests it is screwing some table legs on. It is an electrico-mechanical actuated desk so there are some bits you need to pay attention on, especially if you haven't built furniture before.
-Also I'm sure the company wants to look its best by having all 5-star reviews but the ones they show on the website only show the 5 star ones and have removed the (granted, very few) non-perfect ones and there is no link to this trustpilot page on there so I wouldn't be surprised if this one doesn't appear on their website.
-One of the actuators has a loose bolt and washer in it when I picked it up. I could hear it rattling around inside it and there's not easy way to dissemble it to get it out or check if something is wrong. The desk works fine luckily and the team talked me through it to check it wasn't a problem but it may become a problem later, who knows! Thought it was strange since this desk isn't exactly cheap!

Really these are minor things when the desk is this decent but my personal experience was ruined a bit by the faff of having to send parts back and forth and figure out what was going wrong...would still recommend the desk though!

HADO were clear communicators, fast delivery and the desk is high quality. Love being able to stand at my desk, the pains that I was experiencing have started to go away.

Great service - sent out colour samples first and swift delivery of desk - desk is brilliant, took a bit of putting together but its easy if you follow the online video.
A nice touch would be an end cap if you order the cable tray system that sits under desk top at back, this is a very minor observation.
The desk is heavy duty- it's so refreshing to buy something that is not flimsy and cheap as most things seem to be these days.
Friends and family were well impressed when we sent them a video of it working.
Will use these guys again for sure.

Good desk, heavy, but strong.
Unfortunate that the plastic casing contains one of the vertical morose is cracked. T works but was a disappointing discovery that I think should have bee resolved in some way.

Looks great. Well engineered and good quality finishes. 1.8m and solid as a rock.
Needed a desk a little lower than the standard 700mm to get the ergonomics right for a seated workstation. At the touch of a button, it switches to a standing work position. Come the weekend, clear the decks, and adjust to work bench height, for arts and crafts. Perfect.

Very high quality desk, perfect for me as I'm taller than the average person, so need a desk which adjusts in height. The build instructions were very good, but if you're like me and aren't very good at DIY then you'll be confused as to why there's no holes for mounting the smart box and controller. It is by design that these holes aren't there, to give you freedom of choice. I had to call Rick to confirm this, and he was very helpful on the phone.

I'm very pleased with my purchase and won't hesitate to buy from them again.
