I recently bought a 6x3 Pergola and Garden furniture from Eurogarden Everything from Sales experience to installation was first class.

Great company. I got garden furiture for my caravan. I called to Euro Gardens shop and the lady who helped was great, friendly and made it easy for me to buy on tbe spot and arrange delivery. My furiture was delivered on time and the guys even put it where I wanted it. The furiture is excellant quality, cushions are thick and very comforty. Wish I could give this family run company 10 stars

The process from ordering to delivery was seamless. Special mention to the delivery driver who delivered the furniture, he was 1st class 👏

Excellent quality and the firepit is the star

Bought the Monaco Curved Corner Firepit Suite and it's been a great buy. Ten seats between the curved corner sofa and the two benches, so we can have the whole family out without hunting for extra chairs.

Quality is a step above what I expected. Aluminium frame so no rust worries, a thick two-tone grey weave, and the seats and cushions are genuinely comfortable — covers zip off for the wash. The 12kW gas firepit puts out real heat and the bottle tucks away underneath. Lid goes on when it's not lit and it's a normal table again.

Delivery was spot on and arrived when they said. Assembly was very straightforward. Needs a 3m x 3m space.

Three-year guarantee. Very happy — would buy from them again.

I purchased a Garden pergola and some furniture to the price of £6500 pounds then another two Blinds which cost another thousand pounds when this was all delivered the fitter came said that the ground wasn’t level for fitting but went ahead open in the boxes and starting to fit so I thought they must have found a solution a few months later a storm came and pulled two of the blinds off in touch with your Garden. They came out and replaced one which came off the runner again so rang Euro Garden again and they stopped answering the phone to me so I went up and seeing Brian which wasn’t any help so I put on trust pilot what had happened? Brian had taught me that they were not coming out to fix or to look at any damage again when Euro Garden seen what I had wrote on trust pilot they got in touch and ask if I took it down they would give me a credit note for £500 so when I thought about it I accepted as it was better than nothing. I literally have been back and spent another £1100 on another set but I think it’s only fair that they are not the nicest people to deal with I recommend not buying those pergolas as the fit himself admitted they’re not suitable for our type of weather o I forgot to add the fitters offered to repair it privately up the cost of £500, but I refused to just be careful when you’re spending your money with these people. I will be back now as I waited to spend the £500 first

Absolutely excellent,friendly and courteous attention. Great product too. We were helped by the young lady with the crochet headband. She was lovely and it was a pleasure dealing with her!

Great team. Didn’t accept my order until they and myself knew all of the facts and figures. Installation requirements, etc. I’d also recommend their Installation team. Great guys who know what they are doing. All in all they do exactly what they say they will do. From order to install. Pretty rare these days.

Nothing wrong with product. Realistic/Real world delivery times should be looked at. Every outdoor product should be given the option of a weather/waterproof cover

HI THE FIRST CONTACT IN BLOOMS WEEKEND WAS VERY POSITIVE THEN THE 2 LADS THAT INSTALLED IT (TOMMY AND JAMES)? WERE EXCELLENT AND THEN THE FINISH JOB WITH THE LIGHTS AND ROOF AND ALL THE SIDE WALLS IS BRILLIANT

Took over 2 weeks to get my order delivered, only had to come from Belfast to Coleraine. and was in stock when order was placed.... pathetic service

Great service at Euro Garden Centre. Staff are so lovely & helpful. Small problem with table when delivered but one phone call it was sorted out. Great choice. Would definitely recommend to family & friends

Thank you so much euro garden and home for one of the best services we have ever received. We purchased garden furniture 7 weeks ago from the range which never arrived and we had to go back for a refund. We called into boucher road and spoke to a girl called nina told her what had happened to us and she really went out of her way to help. Next day my stunning new garden furniture had arrived. The quality of the furniture is amazing very easy to put together. I always thought euro garden furtuire was out of our price range but the set we picked was on sale and very affordable. I would highly recommend euro garden and home to anyone

Can I complement Paul, Mario and Philip who worked extraordinarily hard yesterday afternoon installing a 3 x 6m pergola in my back garden? My garden is really hot (hence the need for a pergola) and the lads worked continuously in great heat assembling it. I am really grateful for their kinds, good humour and determination. They did a brilliant job.
One small task was outstanding and they returned and completed it promptly.
I would happily deal with Euro Garden and Home again.

The pergola itself is fantastic, but getting it installed was an absolute nightmare from start to finish.

I placed my order for a 3x4m aluminum pergola at the Ideal Home Show on April 27th. The lead times I was promised by the sales team of 4/5 weeks completely came and went, and from that point on, the communication was basically non-existent. I had to constantly chase them down for updates.

It got to the point where I had to threaten to cancel my order entirely just to finally secure an installation date for July 1st.
Then, the day before the install, they reached out to me out of the blue, questioned my site prep, and almost canceled on me at the last minute!

I had to put my foot down and remind them that I had prepared the concrete foundations exactly according to the prep sheet they gave me at the show.

I had poured heavy-duty, dead-level concrete pads specifically for a "hidden base" finish. The initial fitter they were going to send wanted to take the lazy route, refusing to use the concrete and insisting on bolting the highly engineered aluminum frame directly to my patio slabs.

I actually had to explain basic patio drainage slopes and tell him that bolting a square frame to sloped tiles would cause the whole structure to lean and the roof beams to misalign.

He wouldn't listen, so I had to demand they send a backup fitter who actually understood how to install it correctly to a structural foundation.

Bottom line: The product quality is great once it's up, but their customer service and communication was severely lacking. If you buy from them, be prepared to project manage the whole process yourself, chase them for dates, and stand your ground on installation day.
