Love my new desk! Delivery was exactly as expected (which was fast considering it was around New Year!). Quality is fantastic, and as much as the instructions were clear I think the build video probably helped even more. Now I can work sitting or standing and easily go between the two!

Desk arrived very promptly. Found it straight forward to assemble and just wished I'd had one prior to retiring from my business !
Had slight issue with a broken part even though very well packaged but Rick sorted a new one within days, even over the Christmas break which was excellent service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend HADO !

Took longer to pick a desk & company than it did for this company to over deliver. Ordered late one evening (after numerous evenings searching) and got a detailed email next day verifying exact delivery location with a highlighted map. Replied to confirm. Then got an actual call from Rick double checking everything and cover off video on assembly. Came the next day as promised. Even the delivery guy was a dream to deal with, calling to advise on time and then again once all was safely delivered. The desk itself is a black ND HD5 with memory control and is stunning. Yes, ok, it’s a desk, but the quality, way it works and look are spot on - and cheaper than other options I was looking at through other firms who would never deliver what Rick & HADO do. Thanks - actually looking forward to starting work again in Jan.

Outstanding service.
Next day delivery, and immediately available to help me with a slight issue with the build as something had happened in transit. All sorted with a quick FaceTime to check how to resolve.
Bit of a faff to put together, but then isn’t everything.
Outstanding piece of kit, very sturdy, looks great, works a treat. I now spend at least 50% of my day stood up.
Only had it a couple of weeks so can’t comment on longevity at this point.

Great customer service, Rick was very responsive to all queries even over the weekend, and kept me updated at every step of the way. Delivery within a day of ordering, split into two deliveries by the courier - but Rick constantly followed up until the second package was delivered (same day as the first, just different driver). Desk was very easy to put together following the clear video instructions, but is very sturdy. Fantastic desk!

I simply love my new desk! The tempered glass surface is amazing. I’ve been putting off committing to a new desk for years. So glad I found this desk. The standing mechanism is superb. Love the USB connectors. Great design and great service from the company.

Very happy with my desk. Mine needed to be 600m wide with a bespoke top, which Rik arranged for me. Good communication from order to delivery. Easy enough to follow the installation instructions. The timber top looks fantastic and is well made along with the rest of the product.

Wanted to order an adjustable desk but was unsure of the correct dimensions. I phoned up and Rick was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. I ended up ordering a custom size tabletop and it arrived within the expected timeframe.

I originally purchased a sit/stand desk from Ikea. For one reason and another, and after several weeks of waiting, it failed to arrive. And now, I am so pleased it didn't - thank you Ikea!

I stumbled across HADO - and bingo - within a day of ordering, my desk had arrived. I put it together in 30 minutes and have been enjoying it now for a couple of weeks. The build quality is superb and the desktop is elegant. I went for the anthracite finish and it looks very smart. Communication from the company including samples of finishes they sent was excellent. I can't fault the product or service. If you're after quality, pay a little more and buy yourself peace of mind - and joy!

I’ve had my desk since March now, and it’s been exceptional! Rick was extremely attentive to any requests I had and even called personally to assist me with getting it ready to move to a new property 6 months later! The instructions were very clear, no missing parts, and the desk looks beautiful. Thanks so much Rick and the HADO team!

Rick's customer service is exceptional and really cares both about his customer and about the quality of his products.

The desks are excellent quality and super sturdy - even when at their maximum height.
