HADO Reviews

I researched the market for an adjustable desk very carefully, and still had questions when I called Hado's number.

Despite this being a Saturday afternoon, Rick himself answered and patiently went through all my options.

I ordered immediately and the desk arrived promptly.

Easy to assemble and unbelievably sturdy, I'm now looking forward to years of great use.

I'd recommend this to anyone.

Desk arrived promptly, there was a problem with the drawer but it was rectified immediately - great customer service.

The support really works and the product is great.

Outstanding experience from initial online enquiry (Lewis was fast, accurate and obliging), to delivery and installation to the actual quality of the desk and chair itself. Great value compared to department store prices, and handled by a really committed family business. I can’t recommend highly enough and I’ll be telling all of my home working colleagues to follow suit. Thank you Rick and Lewis!

Awesome customer service. I wish every company was as helpful.

Many thanks to Rick and Lewis at HADO!
I recently purchased an L-shaped walnut top desk with chrome legs from them and could not be happier.
The team were able to advise and were always quick to respond and gave 1st rate service - it makes a real difference to be able to to talk to someone when making an investment of this nature and their product knowledge was excellent.
When the desk arrived it was apparent that the quality of the components was outstanding and having now built the piece it fully meets my expectations.

Excellent service from Rick and the team at Hado. Great quality desk and fittings, very pleased with the purchase.

Excellent customer service, even better desks! Ordered two of the HD3 electric height adjustable desks, with timber tops. They look great, work quietly and smoothly when moving up and down and are a great addition to the home office. Thoroughly recommend their instal service, too - made the purchase even easier.

Super friendly team and excellent customer service. I also had the desk installed which didn't take long. So far the desk is working well and the quality is really good.

Super fast support and pretty easy assembling !

Good customer service, really speedy service and good quality.

Quick delivery, even got a call from them to check delivery had been made by courier Company.
Good communication, and good videos to assist with putting desk together.
Quality desk that looks so professional.

Great desk and service. I had no problems putting it together with the helpful videos. Thank you Rick and the team. Would definitely buy again.

I don't write reviews but I was so impressed with both the quality of the desk (HD2) and the service, that I made an exception. I thoroughly recommend this company. Thank you Rick.

I ordered a Solis 2, but sadly I had to wait ~2 weeks before it could be assembled. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease in which it went together. I am also extremely satisfied with the quality of the components.

This desk qill make working from home (and more) MUCH more tolerable :-)

The facility to save 3 different heights us greatly appreciated (one for work, one for leisure, etc.)

Excellent customer service, they even called me back when I forgot to use my discount code.

The desk is rock solid and sturdy, which has really changed my wfh workspace. After over 12 months of working from home I could feel my body getting stiff from sitting down all day. The electric desk as helped immensely so I can now choose to sit or stand when working.

The desk top comes in one piece unlike the cheapo versions you can get on Amazon. Thoroughly recommended, especially with the 7 year warranty.

Excellent desk - easy to put together and my back is already aching less as a result of being able to stand to work - would deffo recommend upgrading to memory height adjustment and the anti fatigue mat as well - top marks Hado!

A great, personal service. Rick and the team have been so helpful throughout the process - helping with decisions and making sure we've been satisfied with the products. Great quality and a seamless service. Thank you

I couldn't be happier. A very strong and quality looking desk. Also one of the few truly ergonomic desks on the retail market as it adjusts perfectly to your individual working height. Thank you Rick for all your help and enthusiasm.

Absolutely fantastic! Rick was extremely helpful and rearranged delivery due to me moving house. I had a small problem with one of the fixings and it was sorted immediately and a new part posted out and received in record time!
I would definitely recommend using HADO, the product is great but its the service that impressed me the most, something that is hard to find int he current climate.
