Worst product and completely false advertising. The company claims the hair color “does not stain the skin,” but it stained my skin so badly that it took 2 days to remove the color completely.

They also advertise a money-back guarantee, but after contacting customer support by email, I have received no reply for over 2 weeks. Very disappointing customer service and misleading claims. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Really happy with this product. I was sick of dying my hair every six weeks. Now I just shampoo with Helahair and it leaves my hair soft with the grey covered.

HELA LACKS INTEGRITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY. THEY DOUBLE SPEAK TO BILK CUSTOMERS OUT OF MONEY, STARTING AT THE ORDER PAGE. I ordered 3 bottles of auburn hair Dye shampoo, though the order page kept reverting my order to the color grey. Long last, I ordered my right color. I did not see my order confirm until just prior to shipment, notified I was being sent grey, immediately contacted Charlotte at HELAHAIR. She said she could not stop shipment and would pay for a return shipment. We conversed via email. Once the product was received, I requested an RA #. Now Charlotte doesn't know who I am and why I want to send it back. She requested pics of product, which I sent. The company now suggests I return at my own expense or accept a 40% off voucher for a different product. This double speak causes me to lack trust in them completely to resolve my issue and the product is in the trash, plus I'm out $78. I Ordered from a different company. Very disgruntled former customer.

I’ve tried the other shampoo in color and there is no comparison. The feel of my hair is softer and not dry and many more colors to choose from so that I can get close to my own hair color. The customer support is also amazing.

I just received my bottle and it broke while in transition to me.
Please advise.

I bought black/brown it had great coverage and lasted over 6 weeks it was just to dark so I'm going to try medium brown.

I have been using this product for almost four months now and am very happy with the results. I spent a long time trying to decide between light brown and blonde because my hair is dark blonde but finally settled with light brown which seems to be the right choice, although I have to leave it on for 30 minutes to cover the stubborn greys.
It doesn’t irritate my skin or stain skin/clothes like other products and smells great. The only negative is that all bar one of the applicator brushes sent with my three boxes were broken but the one intact brush is holding up well.
I contacted customer services for advice about the application time and cannot fault the speediness of their response.

I ordered the Hela Hair Black after using their Nova formula for six months.
The new formula is much improved: smooth and silky and has a pleasanf scent of chocolate, and tropicals.
It covers my grey quite well, washes out cleanly, and the color lasts!
Well done and thanks for putting out a black hair dye that I am NOT allergic to.

Easy to order and receive. This is the first home hair color I've used that is truly minimal mess and is also ppd free!

Hela hair products are amazing. Works amazingly and very reliable in turning the white hairs to the color I desire within minutes. So quick and easy. Its a no brainer that im ordering more today. Love it!! Not to mention their customer service is excellent.

I purchased Helahair dye and I love it I will never go back to the other hair dyes it leaves my hair soft I will recommend this hair dye.

I sent an email asking to exchange two unopened bottles because the color I ordered was just too dark. I got no response. So I would not recommend this product do to poor customer service.

Wow. This stuff really works. No harsh chemicals and it smells like chocolate.
I had very low expectations because of the lack of harsh chemicals but it surprised me in a great way. They give you plenty of brushes that are very helpful for long hair. It looks very natural too. I used to use the “Just For…” but this is much better. Highly recommend!

I had tried other products which claimed to have the results I have achieved with Helahair. I had actually given up but decided to try again. My hairdresser who didn't know said people would pay a lot for my hair colour. Very happy.

Hello, I'm very satisfied with Helahear products. This is the second time I've ordered them. They've really helped me cover all my gray hair, both on my head and in my beard.
I wholeheartedly recommend this product to anyone looking to cover their gray hair. Since I discovered Helahear, I haven’t needed any other products. Plus, the price is affordable.
Finally, this product doesn’t stain my skin, which is great for me.

I've used other hair dye shampoo previously, but opted to use Hela Hair as it advertised as having no chemicals. Well the Black/Brown make my hair black for 4 days, then it began fading. By week 2, I touched it up with dark brown. My hair became frizzy, dry and unruly. I had to do deep conditioning and oil treatments multiple times a week to restore my hair. I'm not planning to use the remaining product, as I'm afraid of losing even more hair.

I received a defective Bottle, but Helahair were quick to response and resolve. Love the product & so does my hair :-)
