Luke Massey had been helping my wife and I secure Mortgage Protection Insurance on a property we are buying and when Luke went on annual leave he asked Patrick Gallagher to look after our case in his absence. Both Luke and Patrick did a fantastic job and we are delighted with how everything was handled by them both. Patrick in particular was extremely quick to respond to queries and get us the answers we needed in a very timely manner. This was especially relevant given the time of year. And that's not to say that Luke wasn't responsive, but after he went on leave, we had a very short space of time to get our business done and Patrick facilitated this with the utmost urgency. It was this attention to our needs that we feel, made the difference between us securing our new home, and the vendor possibly walking away from the process. Luke from hello.ie was so helpful with any queries I had regarding different types of policies and was very clear on the breakdown of options. I had some back and forth with the underwriters and he was so quick with updates that it was a very re-assuring process end to end.

I applied last year for a mortgage protection but I was refused an medical grounds with the suggestion to apply after 14 months. The second time I applied I contacted Kenny McInerney who was dealing with my first application and he managed to get me a quote I accepted.
