I had the pleasure of dealing with Dan Mason. He was very professional and helpful throughout the experience. A wonderful ambassador for hello and the brilliant customer service they provide. Couldn't recommend him enough to anyone seeking guidance. Would 100% use hello again and hope to be dealing with someone as pleasant as Dan in the future.

I took out a home insurance policy via Hello recently.

At every stage the Hello team were helpful, courteous and efficient. I had to alter a detail of the policy I had taken out and it was handled quickly, professionally and with good humour by the Hello staff, particularly Shane and Keith.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to others.

Shane from hello.ie was really helpful. I requested for more info on life insurance and requested couple of quotes for different scenarios and he was happy to revise and provide updates to me. He also provided suggestions and clarified all my questions. Quick turnaround time as well and easy to deal with so I was able to get my policy quickly. Highly recommended.

The service from Hello.ie was excellent. Mags O'Connell dealt with my mortgage protection policy from start to finish and dealt with all items in an extremely prompt and professional manner. Mags explained the process in detail and ensured everything was in place for the required deadline date. The whole experience was extremely positive.

We were lucky this year to be able to buy our 1st home and needed life cover. I contacted Kenny in hello.ie and from start to finish Kenny was efficient and courteous. Kenny was patient and followed up regularly with me as I had to get some further information from my doctor. Could not recommend enough.

Mags was incredible helpful and answered all of our questions throughout the process.

We dealt with Shane at Hello.ie was very patient. We got an initial quote for mortgage protection insurance, however it took a few months to close the transaction and he patiently waited until the transaction closed to set up the insurance. He also called every so often for updates as to the progress of the sale but didn’t badger us with calls either. The service was efficient, professional and friendly. I’d recommend it to friends.
