Hello Alpha prescribed my asthma inhalers and even resent the prescription because the insurance needed it written as a three-month supply rather than as a one-month supply. They answered all my messages / correspondence on the site in less than 24 hours - VERY FAST! The site was easy-to-use, and the process of obtaining meds was fast and convenient. Customer service has been EXCELLENT!!!

I love hello Alpha because I have consistently had providers who take women’s medical concerns, seriously. I have too often been dismissed by in person primary care providers who don’t know very much about women’s health, and are dismissive of my complaints. I actually had my previous primary care Doctor suggest that I take raspberry ketones so I can lose a little bit of weight, because I was about 6 pounds overweight at one of my appointments. Raspberry ketones are snake oil promoted by Dr. Oz, and there is actually no peer-reviewed scientific research that they even helps control weight. Not that I even asked for any weight related issues in the first place when I went in to see him! I am absolutely never going back to that provider again, I have found doctors through Hello Alpha who I can trust to take my concern seriously and not focus on irrelevant issues. I am able to get my basic medical needs yet met, and I’m also now getting medication and skin care formulated to help treat my acne. It’s so convenient, and I didn’t even have to go to a dermatologist. I highly recommend.

I currently can't get my meds refilled because there is no refill available at my pharmacy. I am so confused on what to do or how to fix this so I can get my meds. My pharmacy was no help as well. They were very annoyed with me and couldn't tell me what to do.
