Not enough feedback to help make a decision to try the product despite the THC strength.

You can tell when a company really cares by how they respond to constructive criticism.

I wrote to BATCH with a genuine concern and they responded quickly and went over and above what was expected to resolve the situation.

I truly appreciate that concern and care from a company.

I was notified my subscription was being prepred. I went through the link in the email to "skip" - one day later I receive a notification that is shipped. $200+ later, I contacted them - they said I didn't skip and if I did, it was too late and I could return the product once received. I have since received multiple auto-generated emails for my opinion. My opinion is they lost a customer. Too many other good products on the market to settle for poor customer service.

Delivery quality and service

Great company to deal with. Easy and fast. Customer service was great and they get right back to you. I got exactly what I wanted.

I was surprised that they responded to me so quickly and it prompted me to check my bank activity where I found the mistake to be mine rather than Batch . I like the way you have set up your system where I can send you a question and immediately receive an answer.

Reactivated my subscription perfectly!

When I asked about me changing products, she said no problem and then I ask that I get the same discount that I have been adding up as I’ve been buying product and she said sure and they gave me the product and the discount. I was thrilled. it was easy. She was polite and kind, and answered my question.

Great will order again later.

I was concerned about a 4 supplement package undeliverable per USPS. Y’all talked me through it and put my mind at ease. Package came yesterday. Very happy. I love your products because they actually work! So much so 2 family members use them as well!

Excellent product. Great ad on Facebook. My problem is that I was expecting a HIGH, and this is more just to relax but not get high. That is why I am not re-ordering. But I loved everything... packaging, product, advertising, and customer service.

I can't say enough about Batch - their products are exceptional and the Night Gummies especially have been an absolute game changer (especially for our daughter who has struggled with sleep for YEARS and nothing has worked up until now.
Their customer service is fantastic and finding Batch has been a true gift to our family.

I was in need of changing a previous subscription that was no longer wanted and replacing it with the regular and extra strength sleep gummies. I tried to accomplish this with the online chat but received no response so I gave up. Not 10 minutes later, I received an email from a customer service representative about the delay in response. This person was able to rectify all of my concerns and set up the new subscription flawlessly for me! Highly recommend these products and their team!

Love the product (use the mellow product for sleep most nights) but customer service systems need work. I spent way too much time (almost an hour with various exchanges via your chat bot and email to find my subscription and get it edited. So 5 for the product which I’ve been subscribed to for more than a year, but 2 for customer interface (everyone’s nice but systems need work.)

Quick and satisfactory resolution.

I don’t know what happened, but I was charged for several orders, I thought I had canceled. Being on a fixed income this was alarming, within 48 hours, I was credited with the one order, and the others were cancelled from my account. I can not express my gratitude to the staff for all their support. I will be ordering again, but will double check the order. Thank you again for all your help, I really appreciate it.
