Under no circumstances deal with this company. You do receive your goods; however, if they are the wrong size, they do not change them even though they make a promise. The chat on the website does not respond to you and the London telephone number is invalid. They are as dodgy as they come.

Didn’t like the feel of the underwear, didn’t even try them on. Only felt by hand, contacted the company multiple times with no reply. Eventually getting a reply they wouldn’t give me a refund so had to go through my bank.

Said they were based in UK, but after paying revealed as Chinese Company, no 3 day delivery as promised. Took 10 days to arrive
Items arrived super sheer fabric, no support and sizing ridiculous. As a 34w I am m-l. These pants even though "xl" barely contained my sausage meat and are super tight in the rear. Plus quality of garments is flimsy. Steer clear.

Horrendous company, no point in picking sizing as they just send some super small sized boxers where the labels have been cut out, the customer service is absolutely awful they just send you generic emails that dont even answer your question, still awaiting exchange or refund and now been going on 4 months STAY AWAY!!!!!

Same issue as the rest of the terrible reviews that this sh*t company has received. I ordered “Large” because I have been wearing sized 32 for 30 years. I get them and they are not size 32. After emailing customer service I got one email back with no instructions on how to return or exchange; that was the last email. I have emailed them about 8 times after that and still nothing. I don’t know what’s going on at this company but I will not purchase from them again and I’ll make sure to let everyone know about this experience also.

I ordered using sizing guide, but boxers would have fit my children. Not a massive issue, please let me exchange them.....no, not happening. After initially replying to my emails, they stopped and wouldn't send me any information to get a refund or exchange. Absolutely disgusting customer service, avoid at all costs

I received the underwear and tried them on- the fit wasn't what I liked or wanted. I followed the sizing guide but it was too tight in some places and too loose in others. I tried to return and customer service said my reasons "didn't qualify" for a free return. They emphasized that I would have to pay shipping and frantically tried to get me to do anything except return them. I politely insisted I was still going to return them and would pay for the shipping- I just needed instructions for how to go about it. At this they stopped replying to my emails. I sent another email following up last week and its been another week no reply. Very disappointing product and customer service. Their website is also full of fake 5 star reviews- and when I tried to leave my 1 star review it disappeared after I submitted it.
