Tomo Mortgage Reviews 

I had a great experience with Tomo. The mortgage loan team (especially Forozan) was always available and responsive. I found the AI chat responses accurate and especially helpful and had the added peace of mind of knowing that the Tomo team were also reviewing the responses being given by the AI chat within a couple of hours. There was not one single response to any of my questions that had to be walked-back or changed. Tomo spent time and did it right!

From my perspective as potential buyer, the work done at the beginning of the application process was not completed in vain. I do not recall being asked to do anything that was duplicitous other than a recent pay stub when closing time was approaching. As a matter of fact, I was the one asking to extend the closing date due to being in a rental agreement. Tomo was ready and willing to close right at the 31 day mark.

My realtor even made the comment that while she had not heard of Tomo until I came long that she was quite impressed with the ease and fluidity of the entire process from my perspective as the buyer.

I would not hesitate to use Tomo Mortgage again.

The Tomo team is amazing! I was 2-weeks away from closing on my first home when it dawned on me to shop around for lenders and Tomo came across my search as one of the lenders with the lowest interest rates so I reached out. AJ immediately responded to me and was able to give me a loan estimate on the same day of my inquiry. I literally reached out on 7/30 and was closing on 8/14. AJ assured me that it could be done so long as I was responsive and provided them with what they needed quickly. I felt awful about rushing them but throughout the entire process everyone with Tomo was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and fast. They answered all my questions immediately and made every effort to make the process easy for me. I am very happy and grateful to the entire team and have already recommended Tomo to my friends and family!

They had the best price and rate, it was a little tricky with some of the communication and handoff between stages but everyone was supper friendly and helpful.

My first impression was how quickly our loan officer (Kristina House) responded and she even beat our best offer from a local credit union. During the process, we had a major issue (my wife lost her job) but Kristina, Forrest, underwriting and the entire team did an amazing job communicating on next steps, what they needed from us, and kept us updated as often as they could so we could still close on time. This is my first time buying a home but Kristina did an amazing job walking through the process, expectations and made the whole process go through smoothly. Our loan became complicated and very stressful at times, but Chad never stopped following up, answering my questions, explaining every step, and doing everything possible to keep the process moving forward.

Your lending officer Jamar is very unprofessional. His communication was poor, didn’t wanna support a disabled veteran pushing me towards fha but my new lender gotten everything done & moved in within 20 days Jamar would not respond for hours even days I think tomo mortgage need to fix this issue
